Special Honjozo brewed with Kyoto brand rice, Kyo no Shine.
I was a bit scared of the -10 sake level, but the balance of the alcoholic beverage is well expressed 😋.
It's 19 degrees, a solid sake but easy to drink.
I can't stop drinking it.
