This month, I'm going to focus on Nara's local sake since I've been drinking from other prefectures for a while now 😬.
The first one is Junmai Ginjo from Mitsumorosugi.
This is the first time I've tried the kanji version of Mimuro, but it's calmer than the hiragana version, not too sweet and not too spicy. It lacks impact, but it's well balanced and easy to drink, making it an excellent food sake 😚
I enjoyed it with a side of sardine oil sardine🙏.
