We will compare three kinds of Ozawa Shuzo, famous for Sawanoi. This one is a junmai ginjo-shu that is crystal clear, silky, and sweet like spring water. This silky sweetness brings back memories! I remember when I lived in Indonesia and drank it with freshly picked coconuts! Oh, I would drink it like water😍.
