This is my 8th drink at "Koshima". This is "Souten" in Tokyo 🍶.
This clears Tokyo 🙌.
But I can't taste it anymore 😵.

This one is a junmai ginjo-shu that is crystal clear, silky, and sweet like spring water. This silky sweetness brings back memories! I remember when I lived in Indonesia and drank it with freshly picked coconuts!

I went to visit the brewery of Ozawa Sake Brewery in Ome, Tokyo.
The brewery is a historical building that is over 300 years old.
It was a theme park with a café, a kaiseki restaurant, an art museum, and many other attractions.
It was a warm day, and we were able to enjoy a relaxing sake tasting while viewing the mountain stream and the scenery.
We tasted three kinds of sake: Junmai Honjishu, Tokubetsu Junmai Sawanoi, and Daiginjo Sawanoi.
It was like sake tasting on the high street.
After the sake brewery tour, we had Soten and Shin Shibori.
This one was fresh.
I had a variety of sake, but I checked in with Soten, which was my favorite.
I would like to go back when the leaves change color.
