Stopped by Ozawa Sake Brewery and went to a nearby store.
I was attracted by the introduction of "sweet and fruity" and bought it. The drink was sweet and refreshing, and was very easy to drink because it did not leave a lingering aftertaste.
The Yaezakura sake I had previously received from Izumikin Shuzo had a similar freshness. Yaezakura was impressive for its acidity and sharpness, while Soten was simply sweet and refreshing.
Souten, on the other hand, was sweet and refreshing, and I felt it perfectly matched the image of a clear, flowing river.

It has a clean, dry taste. There is no carbonation, and no cloying taste. It tastes like water and is a clear dry sake.

Gorgeous aroma and umami 🍶.
It has the richness of a pure sake and it's just delicious.
It is a little bit thick but refreshing.
Thank you very much!
