Drinking to pick up the talk show. A lively exchange of opinions takes place over prepared foods and drinks brought by various participants.
The snack of the day was an old businessman's homemade side dish: Chikuzen-ni, a traditional Japanese dish (with octopus!). and sweet potatoes covered with soybean flour and cinnamon (and sugar as a secret ingredient). Taco chips, pickled cucumbers, and cakes (!?!) adds to the flavor. Wine joined in the middle of the party, and we had salami, ham, and sausages, making the party feel like a year-end party even though it was still autumn.
To summarize the content of the talk show: to see life and consciousness as "connected," and to transcend death and illness is not a matter of medical or logical thinking, but of changing "the way we feel" and "the mode of thinking. This kind of text alone may seem oculistic, but in reality, it is a deep, deep dive into a topic that is as deep as a central line philosopher would think.
The sake is refreshing, a good taste that leaves no trace.
Launch of the Inamon Festival committee. There is a lively discussion about next year and beyond, especially about staffing and successors in charge. We snack on the famous omelette, chicken and rice omelette, and chicken and rice omelette.
After the Imperial Palace run. We talk about games, politics, and baseball. We talked about having a board game party next time.
The sake was soaked up thanks to the chicken skin with ponzu sauce and the dashimaki tamago (rolled egg). Ochazuke (rice with green tea) is also delicious.
Collaboration produced by a prestigious Ginza location and brewed by Yamaguchi with rice from Fukushima.
At the launch after the concert. Easy to drink and dangerous.
In memory of my current position and for the success of the Indian trainees.
A restaurant that serves vegetarian dishes. They serve Japanese people delicious specialties such as pork cutlets and sashimi, which makes my already easy-drinking sake go down even faster. And then we go to bed....
There is a horizontal connection rather than a vertical one. I wish I could do more in this peaceful world.
Topics of conversation include the climate of India and drinking....
The grilled onigiri has flavor all the way to the inside. If it's a grilled onigiri, it should be coated with miso paste and grilled or not, for discussion.
The croquette is thick. Today and tomorrow are croquettes.
Miso soup is easy to drink as the tofu melts in the soup.
I had enough to drink, but not enough to eat, so I decided to peel an apple as soon as I got home.
The topics of conversation are baseball, relationships, year-end party planning, places to eat in the Ogikubo area, my senior's desire to resume playing billiards, another senior's invitation to a recital, and of course, sake.
The miso tofu is melt-in-your-mouth and has a rich flavor. The sweet aroma of the cucumber underneath soaks through and makes it even more elegant. You will want to dip it at home.
The fries are served with the skin on. I know.
Drink up with the grilled bell peppers stuffed with meat.
It's called Fukumitsuya, but it's Ishikawa, note!
The owner is from Nanao on his mother's side. Not because of that, but today's sake is made from Ishikawa. Sake books are lined up in the store.
I was so happy to see the sansanma from Ogikubo, not Meguro. Even the skin soaks up the aroma and is delicious. It is not Japanese to leave the skin of grilled fish.
Anyway, I downed my first cup in one gulp. It is sweet, soft, easy to drink, and terrifying.
Today, octopus is in season. Whether it is served as sashimi or in a Japanese-style salad, it is very intoxicating.
The restaurant has moved from Nishiogi to Ogikubo in the city. It is a pleasant place to drink on a long autumn night.
At Hiratsuka Bar.
With ahijo in one hand.
Talked with a senior employee who retired this year. We talked about the ancient history of Japan, including Mt.
Finish with tomato sauce basta (with sona & capers)
~ The acidity and sweetness are a perfect match.
Sip .... The acidity is pleasant.
I drank it down with the help of the power!
I tell the master that I will climb the mountain tomorrow ... . He tells me to watch out for bears.
I am almost finished with my first cup of sake, so I order some homemade pickles to top it all off. The cucumbers and yams are pleasantly chewy.
