Next, we enjoyed a sake-tasting session with "arayakki", a soft, sweet and spicy dish! We started with the "Sakushu Musashi" on the left! It has a classic, chili pepper dry taste. It has a rich umami taste like a mature sake at first, but then it turns crisp and spicy and disappears quickly, making it easy to pair with a meal👍.

🏠 Drinking ( -̀ -́ )୨⚑︎゛ I didn't care for the aroma. Crisp ‼️ and no bitterness. Maybe a light acidity when paired with veggies😊. For the entrée... Yakitori with sauce made with rice wine 🐓. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it with vegetables Rice used, Miyamanishiki Yeast, Kyokai 701 Alcohol 13%. Personal preference among 4 types 4️⃣ I received a bottle of sake that has been stored at room temperature for a wacky long time... I tried to drink it but it was old sake ( ´-̥̥̥̥̥ω̥̥̥̥̥̥`) I got about 7 kinds of sake including Tasake and Jyushiyo... What a waste 😭😭😭 The sauce made with Tasake was delicious though 🥲.

Continuing from yesterday, a comparison of the tops of the median that was given to me by Princess Sabori: ‼️ First, the blue label ‼️ This is R3BY It's a Tokushun but with 50% polished rice 🤣. The aroma is like grape 🍇? It has a gentle sweetness and a bitter finish that is also gentle and tasty 😋 I think I prefer it to Araubashiri. A 1-goupe bottle that I had gotten at Yamada-san, a sake dealer in Ikebukuro Seibu. I check the small refrigerator near the cash register, which is mainly small bottles, every time I go there. It is Kamerei Mannen from Hiroshima🐢. The classical texture gives it a ginjo-shu feel.

I thought it was a Toyama sake, but it turned out to be an Edo sake. The acidity is strong, and there is a refreshing summery flavor. The bitter and spicy aftertaste is also good.
