Sweet and gentle aroma at the top, sweetness and softness in the middle and after. A cup that seems to enhance the sweetness of the rice if it is heated up hot.
Polishing ratio 55
Liking degree 3.9
Manufactured 2024.4. Dry, unpasteurized sake.
Heavy flavor.
Purchased in Okayama Prefecture.
It was recommended to drink it early, but I think I gave it some time.
Sakushu Musashi Kenkou Gekkou Gekkou Gekkou Ultimate Daikarakuchi Genshu
This is a local sake from Mimasaka in northeastern Okayama Prefecture, the birthplace of Musashi Miyamoto!
As the name implies, it's very dry 😆.
Sake degree +28 or higher, this is no joke!
It is a very assertive sake, so it goes perfectly with a local dish of Okayama, "boiled yellow chives", which is a habitual dish of Okayama 😋.
Onra Yamadanishiki Junmai
It seems to be named after an ancient demon from the Kibi region in the southern part of Okayama Prefecture!
Kokuwaku 😱.
80% polished Yamadanishiki produced in Kume Minami-cho, Okayama Prefecture.
Dry taste
Grain taste
Slightly old sake aroma
Personally, I didn't like it 🥲.
Sanzen Yamahai Junmai Omachi Nama-nara Sake
This is a sake from Kurashiki.
Made with Omachi, the pride of Okayama Prefecture's sake rice.
Not fruity, but umami type.
It has a classical grain-like taste.
The acidity is unique to the Yamahai brewing process.
Thick and rich.
When we went to Kurashiki, she rented a kimono and we went for a walk 👘.
Good morning, superbebe 😃that sounds like an interesting drink 👀I don't like too spicy, but I'd like to try it 😋Traveling to Okayama sounds like a good idea too ✨.
Good evening, Masaaki Sapporo!
I wonder if this is a characteristic of Sanin and Sanyo sake.
Many of the sakes have a strong and powerful core.
I hear it has a unique flavor.
I have the impression that it is for experts 😉.
Good evening, superbebe😃!
Sake and yellow chives in Okayama! I wanted to try it with it but couldn't eat it 🥲This combination sounds delicious🤗.
I love the kimono 👘rental against the green 😊.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
Thank you 😊
I guess a course of kimono rental, strolling around, and eating a gorgeous parfait at Kurashiki Momoko!
The arrival of the plum blossoms is a little late this year, so we're grateful for the nice weather!
Sake I bought when I visited Tsuyama, Okayama Prefecture.
It is dry but also has a sweet rice flavor, and its refreshing taste makes it suitable for everyone.
I drank it with meat, but I think it goes well with a variety of foods.
It has a cosmetic overtone and acidity, but the unique flavor is a perfect mismatch of sweet and spicy ...... ummm........ But as a flavor, it is a very interesting sake.
One Cup One Pack Festival Five Hundred Thousand Two Hundred Eighth Bottle.
This is the second of two bottles purchased at Sakai Sake Shop, a few minutes from JR Tsuyama Station in Okayama Prefecture.
A slightly dry sake with a delicious flavor typical of sake.
Of the three sakes we drank on this trip to Okayama, this was my favorite💕.
This is my favorite genre weakly sparkling muddy sake.
I drank it for the first time and liked it a lot. ‼️
It may be seasonal, but I'm sure I'll be a repeat 👍.
