This is a fine selection of Honro-no-Matsu.
The first aroma is slightly sweet.
It has a light sweetness with a hint of umami in the mouth.
We enjoyed it with nozawana tempura. ✨️
The third and fourth pictures are of the Higashi Iida Sake Brewery, located about 5 minutes by cab from Kawanakajima Station on the JR Shinonoi Line.
It is really next to the Nishi Iida Brewery that I posted a while ago.
There was no one at the Higashi-Iida Brewery office, so I asked at the Nishi-Iida Brewery, but they said they are not related to Higashi-Iida Brewery in any way, neither as relatives nor as goodwill partners.
