Sakushu Musashi Kenkou Gekkou Gekkou Gekkou Ultimate Daikarakuchi Genshu
This is a local sake from Mimasaka in northeastern Okayama Prefecture, the birthplace of Musashi Miyamoto!
As the name implies, it's very dry 😆.
Sake degree +28 or higher, this is no joke!
It is a very assertive sake, so it goes perfectly with a local dish of Okayama, "boiled yellow chives", which is a habitual dish of Okayama 😋.

It seems to be named after an ancient demon from the Kibi region in the southern part of Okayama Prefecture!

Sanzen Yamahai Junmai Omachi Nama-nara Sake
This is a sake from Kurashiki.
Made with Omachi, the pride of Okayama Prefecture's sake rice.
Not fruity, but umami type.
It has a classical grain-like taste.
The acidity is unique to the Yamahai brewing process.
Thick and rich.
When we went to Kurashiki, she rented a kimono and we went for a walk 👘.
