Made from rice suitable for sake brewing, drunken musubi.
It has a slight yellow tinge. The aroma is a weak ginjo aroma.
Sourness and astringency come and go, but then it turns to sweetness.
It is light and dry with a refreshing taste.

The water is good, very gentle and full flavored 🥰Mega rice aroma mellow ^ ^ ^.
