The 20th sake brewery in Gifu Prefecture.
Hayashi Shuzo's main brand in Kani City.
Purchased at the brewery.
Made from rice suitable for sake brewing, drunken musubi.
It has a slight yellow tinge. The aroma is a weak ginjo aroma.
Sourness and astringency come and go, but then it turns to sweetness.
It is light and dry with a refreshing taste.
Sake bought on a business trip to Gifu.
It is not too sweet for a sake with a strength of -20, and it is very refreshing to drink.
It has a sour taste and a barrel-like aroma, and is quite tasty.
At ANA Lounge in Haneda, before NH112 to the Windy City. Very fresh, with fruit like but not fruity flavors. Don’t often have Gifu brews and certainly not before 10 am, but this is nice.

Yeah^ ^!
Fresh!
Like loquat, freshness 😄.
It has a faintly traditional taste and atmosphere, but with a refreshing sweetness and acidity^ ^ ^.
It's pretty good 😆.
At the brewery, I was allowed to drink a little more than I should have 🍶.
Lemon is a good word for it. Of course, it is not as tart as a lemon, but it is like a lemon with the good parts left over, without the harsh acidity. At the airport lounge.
