Purchased at a brewery in Kani City. Made from sake brewing rice "drunken musubi". It has a slight yellow tinge. The aroma is a weak ginjo aroma. The sourness and astringency come and go, but then immediately change to sweetness. It is light and dry with a refreshing taste.

At ANA Lounge in Haneda, before NH112 to the Windy City. Very fresh, with fruit like but not fruity flavors. Don’t often have Gifu brews and certainly not before 10 am, but this is nice.

Opened on June 22, 2025 Purchased after tasting at the brewery Yeah^ ^! Fresh! Like loquat, freshness 😄. It has a faintly traditional taste and atmosphere, but with a refreshing sweetness and acidity^ ^ ^. It's pretty good 😆. At the brewery, I was allowed to drink a little more than I should have 🍶.
