The 3rd Annual Sake Meeting
Super dry as described
Impression of a Western-style sake, like an extra-brut without the bubbles.
I'd like to drink it chilled on a hot day.
I wanted to drink some more, but I was not feeling well that day and gave up!
The 3rd Sake Party
Brought Mitsui no Kotobuki following the last meeting.
Good aroma in the mouth. The sweetness remains at the end, so there are different tastes.
I think it goes well with meals.
Sparkling sake made with Burgundy wine yeast.
It seems to be similar in image to Champagne Extra Brut.
The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing, with just enough sake aroma and flavor left at the end.
Goes well with any food, but goes great with goya tsukudani (bitter melon tsukudani)
Suitable for summer
Dry as its name suggests.
It is very good to drink dry on a hot day. But it also has enough sake-like characteristics.
It goes well with cheese and carpaccio.
I had a craving for spicy lotus root, but it didn't go well with this sake.
At Jugyo Jyushoku near Yakuin Station.
Fruity and refreshing like a junmai daiginjo. Yet it is a sake that goes well with a variety of meals. It was delicious.
At New Stand Asahi in the Fushimi underground shopping mall in Nagoya. It is said to be quite rare, but even with that caveat, it was quite tasty.
The snacks were takobutsu, kanpachi, and sakatobori.
