A sake store in Joetsu, Niigata that I have wanted to visit for a long time. Kiraku. First of all, I would like to pay my respects to my hometown, Joetsu. Tsukifumi-no-ike pond is a famous place in Itoigawa, and is said to be located in a dense forest, making it difficult for the moon to be reflected in the pond. Local Takananishiki grown by the brewer. It is said to be full-bodied and sharp, but it is very sharp. This is the mainstream of Niigata-Joetsu sake.

Purchased at Takashimaya event😆👍 Out of the three types, I️ started with the Tsukiyomi no Ike. The aroma is nothing but semedyne smell💦. The taste is like a matured sake, but not fully matured so it's easy to drink for a matured sake😅💦. I just don't like it on the web. I'll try to warm it up next time and enjoy it!

This is a unit work of three breweries in Joetsu: Katafune (Takeda Sake Brewery), Koshiji-no-Kenbai (Kubiki Shuzo), and Chiyonomitsu (Chiyonomitsu Sake Brewery). Kura-kept yeast, fresh yeast, and shibari. The proprietor introduced that there is a new trial in Niigata as well. Delicious! It starts with a light sweetness, followed by acidity and a sharp bitterness. This complexity is good. I couldn't take my eyes off of the sake from Joetsu. There is a recommendation from Takeda Shuzo on the back label, which is also interesting.

The third restaurant was Murashige Sake Brewery of Kinkan Kuromatsu 😀. It was easy to arrive thanks to Mr. Nakama Sou Touji of Gobashi who gave us a lift 😀. I was a little disappointed that there was no tasting at this brewery, although they have the biggest cedar ball in Japan as their signature 🤣. I bought a bottle of the brewery's limited edition Uraganekan Kuromatsu 😀. I took a commemorative photo with my friends, and the photo of Mr. Gohashi in his Kin-kan Kuromatsu happi might be a little precious 🤣.

Today's sake was Kinkan Kuromatsu from the hometown tax return gift from Iwakuni, which we received yesterday 😀 It is a junmai sake, so it didn't have much aroma, but the taste of the rice was very good. It is a junmai sake, which means that the aroma is not too strong and the taste of the rice can be felt well 😀. It was an easy sake to pair with a meal without feeling too much alcohol 😀. Tomorrow, Kaorin and I are going to a Yamaguchi sake event in Kitahama, Osaka 😇. There are many Yamaguchi sake that I like, so I'm looking forward to it 😇.

@Hangetsuan Rice used is something like Saito no Shizuku. It is an orthodox junmai sake, but it suited your meal. Returned to Yamagata. I always see Ou Boast Neo Classic at the supermarket. Is it some kind of standard sake from the brewery? I had always wondered, and bought it for the first time at the nearest supermarket. The clear melon and banana-like ginjo aroma bursts forth as soon as you drink it! It finishes with a hint of acidity without being cloying. Amazing 😍! I'm tired of drinking by myself after the holidays, so I thought I'd hold off on sake today. I was thinking, "I'm tired of drinking by myself after the holidays..." but where was I? I found myself down to my last glass. I looked back at the label and saw that it can also be served heated: ⁉️ Just in time ❗️, I heated it up and found it had a sweet rice flavor! The aftertaste is not a negative chemical feeling, but a refreshing herbal feeling that seems to be good for the body. I've never tried a herbal compress 💦. Had this special high grade sake from Oujiman brewery. It has a 6% rice polishing ratio!! I loved its mellow fruity notes and a elegantly clean finishing, it keeps tempt you to drink it. I'll definitely buy this again next time.

This is the last Maikaze series for this year. It's been quite a while, but we'll be having "Mt. Haruna" for the last time! When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a relaxing sweet aroma. It has a peachy aroma. It also has a slightly banana-like flavor. The palate is smooth, as is typical of Gunma sake, with a slight sweetness that is typical of "Maifu" and a nice astringent taste that plays an active role in the background! The astringency also gives it a mineral taste, which I personally feel is similar to the "Tenpyo Junmai" that I drank before👍. In the latter half, the astringency becomes the main taste, which reminds me of grapefruit. It melts away at the end, so it goes down smoothly! I've enjoyed many Maikaze series this year, including "Akagisan"✨I'm looking forward to next year!

I saw it on a liquor store's installment and was completely unfamiliar with the brand, so I searched for it on Sake no Wa and found that Greissinger19 was drinking it, so I bought it. Strong gasiness. Dry, clean and sweet. Cider-like with peach and lychee flavors. Lightly sweet as written. The acidity is beautiful and the bitterness at the end is pleasant. A better sake than expected.

@sakebar Fukuzo Osato Sake Brewery is located in Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture. I didn't know about this place until I came to Fukuzo. I checked and there is a Kanbokuto Brewery nearby ✨. The first aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, there is a refreshing acidity and juicy sweetness typical of white malted rice. It is followed by a slight astringency that finishes it off. The refreshing acidity is quite delicious.

The clerk at the liquor store recommended this sake to me if I liked it sweet. Indeed, it was a perfect strike! My partner and I said in unison, "Delicious! I said in unison.
