This was the third bottle we drank on New Year's Day. We saved the Hakurakusei we had brought for another time and opened a bottle of Okutanba provided by my sister and her husband, as we did last year. It is dry but slightly fruity and easy to drink. It goes well with strong flavored dishes. Thank you very much.

The third bottle in the Pichika series. Sour&Bitter was just the right amount of sweetness, Sweet&Sour was as sweet as a lactic acid drink, but I wonder how sweet Extra Sweet really is! The aroma is lactic acid and pear-like, which is typical of sparkling sake. There is also a distinct sugary sweet smell. The taste was not so sweet at first due to the lactic acidity and carbonation, but soon the dense sweetness swelled up and it was still super sweet! The weak acidity makes it sweeter than ordinary cider, but the alcohol does not leave a strong taste in the mouth. It's usually tasty and dangerous, but on balance, I would only recommend it to people who usually prefer sweet drinks.

It smells like 참외 (a Korean fruit similar to melon). The taste is felt at the very tip of the tongue. It is a bit alcoholic.

I was caught by the cute name and bought it. It's a champagne-like wine with secondary fermentation in the bottle. To say the least, it is delicious! You can make champagne with rice. It would be great to drink it with a cute girl!

I drank Sour&Bitter before and it was sweet and sour, but this time I'll take the real sweet and sour one. First of all, the carbonation was very strong, so I opened the bottle while venting for the first time in a long time! The aroma was very sweet, sweeter than the UA zodiac bottle of Senkou, which was the sweetest bottle I've ever tasted. The taste is indeed very sweet, like drinking a regular cider. The acidity is strong for sake, but less than that of cider. So in a nutshell, it's sake-flavored cider. Actually, it's the opposite. It's good, but it's not a sake, it's a good cider in my opinion.

Sparkling sparkling wine produced by Yamana Shuzo in Okutamba with secondary fermentation in the bottle. Alcohol content is 8%, the same low as Amanagashi Fruity aroma like pear or grape, and almost dense sweetness for a sparkling wine. Taste is sweeter than expected, but sweet and sour with a tartness like grape grapes, like grape grapes from Kyoho grape. Not much on the bitter side, but overall refreshing and very drinkable I think it's a delicious sparkling that's as good as Ten Frog.

This was given to me as a souvenir from Kinosaki. What is this smooth drink? It looks like it could be drunk like water, but it's 14 degrees, so it's a dangerous one. It has a strong and nice aroma like my favorite Nara pickles... 🥰. It's like the taste stays in the back of my tongue for a long time. Fruity.
