YOMOYAMA NAGANO in Osaka ⑫
The Honro-no-Matsu booth.
An interesting sake brewery with three siblings as toji (master brewers).
This was also my first tasting.
I asked, "Which should I drink first? I asked, "Well, in order...".
This question is good when you want to drink all kinds of sake, but when you want to drink only a little, you need to be careful.
Honro-no-Matsu Junmai-Shu Tsuyoshi
Clear and tasteless with a good acidity.
Honro-no-Matsu Nama-zake (Nama-zake)
Rich and full-bodied, with a slight nutty flavor.
Honro-no-Matsu Junmai Ginjo Sumi
Fruity, slightly sweet and delicious, my favorite type.
HONORO NO MATSU Yamahai Koi
Sweet and sour with a refreshing acidity.
Forgot to take a picture💦The light pink label at the end of the picture.
It is interesting that they clearly produce different types of flavors.
In my opinion, the retro mustache font and the light, colorful color of the label is a nice discomfort.
Good evening, Nemuchi 😃.
This is another 59 brewery that I personally want to support since the brewer is a classmate of mine 😁.
The label on the back of the bottle has the brewer's personal update and a few words 😅.
Good evening, bouken 🌛There was also a booth for 59 brews, I'll update you later 😅I didn't even look at the back label, but it was a quirky one 👍By the way, I've never seen this brand either 😁.
We have found a super cosmetic sake!
This yellowish color and acidity is quite effective.
It seems to be made with malic acid yeast and is somewhat apple-like. It's both modern and classic, it's strange.
If I come across it again, I will definitely buy it!
1,212 yen including tax
Light type, Source Rice: Miyamanishiki
Rice polishing ratio: 49% Alcohol level: 15
Sake level: ±0 Acidity: 1.5 Yeast: K901
It has a refreshing acidity like citrus fruits and a slightly bitter taste like sweet summer.
It was a refreshing and delicious sake 🍶.
Higashiida Shuzo, Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture Honro-no-Matsu Wakamatsu Unfiltered Nama-Shu Honjozo
This is the first time to drink this brand. Even though it is unfiltered, it is not heavy. Perhaps because it is a honjozo, it is surprisingly refreshing, yet tasty.
This junmai ginjo sake has a light ginjo aroma and is easy to drink. It is also recommended for women because of its clean, clear taste and gentle mouthfeel.

Honro-no-Matsu Junmai-Ginjo Sumi Youngest Eldest Daughter
Purchased at Higashi Iida Sake Brewery, a neighbor of Nishi Iida Sake Brewery.
Apparently, three older siblings make sake, each brewed by their own brother and sister.
The third son explained to us about the brewery's various products, but the youngest, the eldest daughter, chose one of the bottles.
I chose one of the bottles from the
When I got home, I noticed a handwritten message on the back label. It showed how much they cared for her.
The sweet aroma and fresh sweetness are delicious. The aftertaste is crisp and spicy.
I wonder if it shows the personality of the eldest daughter.
Shinshu sake fans, you should try this one.
