This is one of the best sake from Saku🍶 I was given this sake by a very important junior colleague of mine, and it is one that I have been wanting to try. I like Saku's sake because it is easy to drink with a delicious flavor, and Kotsusan Ichidokimizu is a supreme sake that has been refined to its fullest potential. Rather than the calm and delicious taste of hiyaoroshi, it was more like an extension of the elegant flavor of Masanotchi. The impression of grape-like flavor is so strong that you do not feel much alcohol, and you can go on drinking 🍶.
Daiginjo sharpness, taste suited for a mid-meal drink, a little alcoholic but easy to drink 🍶It would be good to drink with dishes with strong flavors.
Not sake related, but the ayu fish was very tasty.
I forgot to take a picture (tears).
I found it very tasty when I drank it before, and when I had the chance, I went back for a second time. It tasted different from Senkou's Snowman and Organic Naturals. It is very easy to drink with a little micro-firing and soft acidity! Personally, my favorite Sentori is the Classic!
I've had it before, and it's a safe, anytime adult Calpis. The low alcohol content is also appreciated during long drinking sessions. I highly recommend this bottle even to those who are not good at sake. It was a big hit, and the 4-gouple bottles I brought to the party were gone in an instant 🍶👍.
The slightly sour wine-like taste seemed close to Shinsei, and it was very easy to drink. It looks delicious to drink with western food. I would like to drink it again if I can find it.
Akitsu Yamadanishiki 🍶NichiNichiNichi is a slightly higher priced sake. The Nichinichi I've had so far was more than good enough, so I drank it with high expectations. It was delicious. It was served cold, with just a hint of fizz. It is easy to drink because it does not crackle. The aroma is not so strong when drinking it cold. It is juicy and pleasant to drink. Unlike the sharpness of dry junmai daiginjos, it goes in and disappears quickly. The low alcohol content allows you to enjoy food to the end without getting tired of drinking. When the temperature rises a little, the aroma comes out and you can enjoy a different kind of atmosphere. If you give it to someone who does not drink sake, I think their sense of value will change and they will learn to drink sake. We recommend it as a gift for a loved one!
It is still a delicious daytime drink. It has a low alcohol content of 11%, so it doesn't feel too alcoholic and can be drunk with any food. The taste is fruity with a slight red wine taste like grapes. It matches and doubles the deliciousness, especially when paired with grilled meat and steak. The slight petitiveness of the raw sake is addictive with just the right amount of assertiveness. The price range is a little higher than other brands, but if you drink it, you will definitely be glad you bought it. Recommended!
Ishizuchi inside. LOL Junmai Ginjo.
It has a fruity, modern flavor that is very easy to drink. It has a low alcohol content, and the aftertaste lingers moderately after drinking. It tastes like muscat or grapes among fruits, best match for sashimi from Seto Inland Sea 🍶I'm glad I got to try the sake I've always wanted to drink ✨.
A masterpiece of Toyo Bijin. It has a clear taste with Junmai Daiginjo-style characteristics. The fruity and gorgeous aroma is one of Toyo Bijin's specialties. This sake makes you feel as if you are biting into a fruit, and makes you want to eat more and more of the fruit. The feeling of disappearing after drinking is also good during a meal! Recently, there are many varieties in a similar price range, so I am interested in those as well!
Easy to drink, with a slightly banana-like flavor and an aftertaste in which the alcohol quickly disappears. It was well-balanced and delicious with the freshness of nama-zake.
This is delicious 🍶I was curious about the sake from Hokkaido, but glad I tried it lol.
We paired it with bonito tataki and chanja. It was easy to drink, no lingering aftertaste, very good sake!
The taste is dry and sharp. The flavor is somewhere between modern and classic. I haven't tried much Yamahai, but I would like to try it again if I have the chance. It looked like a strong sake, but it was surprisingly easy to drink lol.
Delicious, fruity, sorry vocabulary... lol.
Very easy to drink, even if the temperature goes up a bit from cold sake. I would recommend it 🍶.
Great with food too!
Jyushiyo is the representative of fruity modern. It is still delicious, with a good balance of drinkability and freshness, and its muscat-like freshness is the best.
It has a slightly light flavor that goes well with ray fins. People who like sake will like this flavor. It is also a little cloudy and has a bitter taste, which is GOOD for me personally!
By the way, the sake lineup at this restaurant is too gorgeous and wonderful👍✨.
I got Mimuro cedar! Delicious✨
Delicious and easy to drink with a delicious mouthfeel, it has an atmosphere that goes with everything.
Very fruity and modern, I would recommend this one to sake beginners. I would like to try another kind!
