At home. This is the first time I have had Concept Workers Selection, Aged Sake. When I poured it into a glass, it was slightly colored, and the aroma had a strong liquor feel to it. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a tingling sensation all over your tongue, and the alcohol that passes through your nose is very strong. I don't know if it's because I've heard it's an aged sake, but for some reason it feels like whiskey in the throat. This is the impression I got right after opening the bottle. I also tasted Omachi, but Yumesasara was definitely my favorite. On the third day, the impression of sweetness and acidity became stronger.
