Junmai Ginjo🍶New raw sake✨Omachi🌾. Sourness is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good! Slightly heavier and refreshing ✨Peary flavor 🍐. Spicy with mashed sticky squid roe 🦑. It's a good match for the strong flavorful minke whale sashimi 🐋, and it refreshes the palate 👍. Umi to @Takadanobaba 20240409

During my business trip to Yokohama in April, I was able to stop by Ichiishiya Sake Shop. They mainly carried sake from all over Japan, so I chose a sake that you don't see very often in Shizuoka 😆. Taste... Quite noticeably sweet. At room temperature, it is like candy. There is no sourness or bitterness, and it goes down like water. But at the end, it has a sake-like feeling that leaves your nose 😋 The snacks were grilled mackerel with rice malted rice and soba noodles. It has been a long time since I had a three-day weekend. Tomorrow I will either clean the house or go to Ashigara to visit a sake brewery 🤔...

On my way home from a business trip, I had a drink at a corner bar at Sendai Station and enjoyed it so much that I brought it back home with me. The sweetness that you can smell just by opening the lid of the bottle. It has a gorgeous mouthfeel and a firmness that is not just that. It has a smooth texture. It may be the best I have ever had. I think the store said it was only available for a limited time.

Last of the mini-tastings! Comparing different types of chiloris... It was interesting because it is not easy to have 4 kinds! Omachi 60% polished rice Alcohol 15 degrees Celsius First of all, I drank it as it was, but it tasted delicious and easy to drink! Aluminum bottle First of all, when it is heated up, it becomes sweeter and easier to drink at once. It has a strong attack and a short aftertaste. Titanium. The taste comes out straight. It's like a refreshing taste at room temperature. Copper. Sweeter taste and easier to drink. Tin. The taste is mellowed and there is a long aftertaste. I felt the best taste of rice. It is my favorite taste. ❣️ The third one is for tasting 😁. Snow Crystal by Kouei Kiku! I was surprised at how sweet it was after opening the bottle!
