Preference ★★★★☆
Amanoto's Natsuda Fuyukura was met on an expedition to Akita.
I opened a bottle of Hoshiakari that I had purchased.
It has a mild mouthfeel and a pleasant soft, full-bodied sweetness. I also like the way it disappears quickly, leaving a lingering aftertaste.
When I drank Akita Sake Komachi, I naturally thought of Yuki-Onna (snow woman). The image of a pure white, cold, clear, dignified, and beautiful woman came to mind.
Compared to that, I felt Hoshiakari had more warmth and depth.
Limited Nama Sake Version
The aroma is slightly alcoholic, and when you take a sip, a robust freshness spreads, with a slight bitterness that gives it a nice sharpness. In other words, it is delicious. Natsuda Fuyukura is a cosy, limited edition seasonal sake that I will be back next year!

Direct from the warehouse
I got it at Eiraku in Akita.
I bought it after I came back to Japan.
It is as beautiful and soft as ever!
It is a sake I would like to drink only on a daily basis 🍶.
