The last of the weekend, the Maruhi is gone, and I feel a little short of drink.
In such a case, 1 gou bottle
So, this is my first time to visit this brewery!
Shirotaki Shuzo's first bottle!
This time it was Junmai Daiginjo!
This is a sake I saw at a liquor store that I just happened to walk into and got!
Let's have it right away!
First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a complex sweet taste.
After that, it shifts to a bitter taste that is felt on the tongue.
The lingering aftertaste is bitter and spicy.
Although it seems to have a rich taste, the mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink.
Well, we had a lot of delicious sake this week, too, and it refreshed us well!
Thank you Kano!
I know what you mean 🎵
When you find a liquor store, you get excited to see what kind of drinks they have 😁✨✨.
You're right - sake refreshment is really the best 🤗
Thank you Jay & Nobby!
Yes, ⤴️ it looked like something that could be bishy 🤣 but it was a delicious sake that even I could enjoy 😋.
Sake Lish - great choice of words 😁✨✨!
The 4th Regular Sake Sharing Party: Bring Your Own Sake (Part 6)
I thought 4 gou bottles would be too much for the number of people, so I brought a single gou bottle for tasting.
(This was the sake that hit me the hardest at this year's Niigata Sake-no-jin.)
(For some reason, you can buy it at Yodobashi.com.)
(I know this is a duplicate check-in, but just for the record)
.
Niigata Sake No.3 (last)
A bottle of "Senki no Ippon" (a bottle of sake for a special occasion) received as a souvenir from Niigata.
It is named after the head brewer of the Shirotaki Sake Brewery in Kouzenjosui.
The color is clear and colorless.
The aroma is full of fruity melon!
The taste is a concentrated sweetness of rice,
The taste is sweet, but not cloying at all,
The taste is sweet and sweet, but not cloying at all.
It was an authentic sake that hit you right in the throat 😊.
The rice polishing ratio is 35%....
I am not sure if this is why it has this aroma and sweetness 🤲.
A souvenir from a trip to Niigata!
The aroma and initial taste is sweet, with the maximum sweetness of rice and a thickening sensation. The aftertaste, however, disappears very quickly. Delicious.
A softly sweet aroma. The umami and bitterness spread slowly on the tongue. I served it cold because it was not chilled, but I think it would be better served cold. It might be best when chilled and served with sashimi. It is indeed a Niigata sake.
Sake named after the master brewer
Made with the determination to overturn the concept of sake
The aroma spreads softly but does not have a persistent aftertaste.
It has a pleasant texture on the tongue, and the thickening sensation is amazing!
It's just the way I like it. As expected from the name of the master brewer!
