The third trophy of the Tohoku trip Hagi no Tsuru (Hagi's crane) 😆 with soy milk hot pot ♩ It's the best for a cold winter night! Sake served cold. The rice used was Kura-no-Hana and it was slightly dry. It is delicious!

Today's accompaniment I suddenly felt like drinking heated sake, so I bought a bottle of Tosatsuru, a dry sake from a nearby liquor store. Personally, I find that the hotter the hotter the sake is, the more it sinks in. By the way, the chirori is a nice one made of tin.
