Junmai-shu - made with 100% Nagano rice⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 59%, ALC 16%. I bought this sake as a souvenir for myself at the sake corner of the supermarket "Tsuruya" on the way back from a hot spring and ski tour. Tonight is oden... so I decided to enjoy heated sake for the first time in a while 😋. Before that, I tasted the cold sake (room temperature) 😅. A crisp, dry sake with the umami of rice. Then we tried it heated 🥰. Hot sake: the sharpness faded a bit, the corners were removed and the sake became mellow. Tsuruya, Iiyama, Nagano: 20240127 purchased 0129 opened

Sake purchased in Karuizawa Junmai Ginjo 55%. 16% alcohol Slightly smooth at first, but the sake-like character gradually spreads on the palate. Seems to go well with cheese.

I drank this sake with the real Chikuma River flowing in the background when I went on an expedition to Saku in May. I saw it at a supermarket in Tokyo, so I wanted to drink it again after a long time and bought it. It is a standard sake, but it has a soft umami flavor and is of good quality. I also tried heating it up, and it was good again. It's a nice and relaxing sake. I'll be pairing it with buri daikon.

Sake from Tsuruya, a local supermarket in Nagano Prefecture. It's been a while since I've had a Daiginjo, but it's a supermarket sake, so that's about it. However, it is nice to have such a sophisticated sake for everyday drinking. I usually drink only luxury sake, but this kind of sake is also good. We enjoyed it very much.
