The first challenge for the first Bodai yeast sake is the sake from Nara, the birthplace of Bodai yeast 🕺🏻.
Takacho 🦅❗️ from Aburicho Sake Brewery, well known for Kaze no Mori 🕺🏻.
I got this one because it's only available in April! The label is so cool 👍!
I thought it might be a bit peculiar since it's made from the Muromachi period, but it's not as sour as I thought it would be, and it's full-bodied and tasty while also giving off a unique flavor😳.
I was expecting it to be a bit peculiar, but it was not as acidic as I thought it would be, and it was delicious with a unique flavor and richness 😳. It is rated -34 on the sake scale, but it is not too sweet and can be drunk easily 😋.
Different from Kaze no Mori, this one was delicious too!
I think I'll try another Bodai Hashimoto Sake 😋!

Good evening, Hissan!
I like you too, Mr. Hawk!
It's surprisingly easy to drink!
I enjoy Nara's sake breweries, many of them are doing well with Bodhidashi!

Thanks for the comment, SATO 😊.
It was a scintillating taste❣️.
I think the next Bodai yeast yeast starter will be the Sanomorosugi.
I'm also interested in Okayama's Gozenshu if it's Bodai 😋.
