Tonight's second bottle was Tsushimaya🌸 It's a sake from Gifu, and as fragrant😍 and rich as the first bottle of Jyushiro, this one is more refreshing and crisp. Both were so good that we ended up emptying the entire bottle 😂. I'm not sure what to make of this, but I'm sure it's a good idea. I promised myself to take a rest day tomorrow😅.

🌧☃️ This is the one that I keep coming back to every year. This year, it's origari, and the expectation is MAX❣️! The name of the wine is "Tropical". This year is also pineapple 🍍! But the clearness of Hatan Nishiki covers it very well. I'm not sure what to make of it. It's a great wine to drink. mellowness☺️. It's a great wine to drink. I️ love it! Last sake I bought last year as a Kumamoto souvenir. If I have a chance to visit Kumamoto again, I would like to visit Aso and Kikuchi area 😌. When opened and poured, it has a sweet aroma like sugar and sugarcane. The mouthfeel is crisp and immediately afterwards has the plumpness of rice plus the sweet and spicy taste of brewer's alcohol. The flavor is stable from start to finish, with a delicious standard taste! The unadorned taste is a perfect accompaniment to a meal 👍. I would like to visit 4 unexplored prefectures (Kochi, Miyazaki, Kagoshima, Okinawa), but there are many places I would like to revisit. 🗺️

CWS. I've been interested in Shiro-Ko for a while, so I bought it at Edion along with the Tazake zodiac label. Low alcohol. The aroma has a strong alcohol smell. Slightly effervescent and gentle on the palate. Slightly sweet and slightly sour. Mineral taste. It disappears and disappears quickly. As it says, you can drink it forever.

The other day, after eating my second bowl of ramen🍜🍥🍜 at the SUSURU Ramen Fest Toyama, I took a walk and bought this at Mizuhata-san. This is the first time I have ever had San Shoraku 😀. The aroma is mild and not too much 🤔The mouthfeel is smooth and light with a gentle sweetness and mild acidity 😊The taste is strong but disappears easily 😚👍. It was a light yet robust and delicious sake 🥳.

I've always been curious about it because I often see it at Takashimaya, but this is my first time to drink it. The rice is Asahi rice and Yamadanishiki. It is fresh and has a strong sweet flavor, but the aroma and taste are a bit unique. I also feel a bit of hardness. I'll give it some more time and see how it goes. Apple and honey-like sweetness with a sense of thickening.

I got a bottle of Senkyu's "Kirifuri" on a business trip to Utsunomiya the other day...fruity aroma, strong acidity and bitterness? It has a fruity aroma, acidity, and a strong bitterness. I think it's a good sake for a meal...I had sardine nigiri and on the second day, I had yakitori as a side dish...I feel this sake is better when the bottle is opened. It has some peculiarities...but...it's delicious!

This is a piece of bread I bought on my way back from a trip to Kirifuri Kogen. I thought it was the perfect name for a souvenir, but I was surprised to find it was made by Senkou 😳. I've been storing it at room temperature for a while now because it's been heat-treated. But I thought it would be better to drink it cold, so I put it in the fridge and drank it. The best thing about this product is that it has the gas and acidity that I like, even if it has been heated.
