I went to Kuwana this holiday weekend and found a sake shop that sold a lot of local sake from Mie and bought this sake. It is a summer-only fresh-stored sake. It has a slightly sweet taste at first, followed by a sour taste and a cool feeling. It was delicious. 2134 yen.

@sakebar Fukuzo This is the last sake I drank at Fukuzo 🍶. For those of you who think "how much have you had to drink? I think so too😅. The first aroma is sweet with classic acidity. It has a full-bodied sweet flavor with a hint of acidity on the palate. It's also a great costumed honjozo that doesn't make you feel like it's been soaked in alcohol 😋. It was delicious 🍶✨. I was called to work in Tokyo. I don't like cities. The National Diet building is beautiful with gingko trees in full color. I was surprised that it didn't smell like ginkgo. It is as expected. At home. Osaka Kawachinagano Amano Sake, the first time I️ had this sake. This brewery is located on Koya Kaido, and the surrounding area has a nice atmosphere. It was my first time to visit there, but it must be a famous place. The taste was quite dry, and it was a taste for adults.

Not much aroma. Slightly yellowish. The sake is junmai sake, so you would expect it to be robust, but it has a light mouthfeel. The light sweetness and acidity are pleasant. Welcome Spring with Iga Sake (5) Iga Sake Fair this spring. The last one is a matured sake. Mie Nishiki's super-harsh junmai. First at room temperature. Pale gold in color. The top aroma is gently rounded, with an aged aroma reminiscent of fermented butter. From the slightly thickened mouthfeel, The mild ripeness of the mouthfeel The taste of rice is thick and round, The finish is capped off with acidity and bitterness, while leaving a lingering astringent taste and the umami of rice. The water content seems to have been adjusted, It is easy to drink, yet the thickness of the rice flavor can still be felt, which is typical of Mie Nishiki. When heated, the acidity and bitterness become more pronounced, and the richness of the creamy rice is more pronounced. Umu-umu-umu. Mie Nishiki is no longer brewed. I was happy to find it at the store. I was so happy to find it at the store! By the way, this Iga expedition. We ate Iga beef, and also enjoyed my favorite hot spring. After a few drinks, it was quite late, so I headed home while eating a golden dharma bento commemorating the 140th anniversary of Takasaki Station. I will close my Gunma trip with "Akagisan" and "Funao Taki"! Sweet and sugary aroma like sugar.
