As a Junmai sake drinker, I really wanted to have a Junmai sake from Kenbishi, so I bought it online. The color is light amber. The matured flavor reminds me of chocolate aroma. It is a solid sake with a great posture.

This is my first Kikumori. It's smooth and less acidic, which is good to pair with sashimi or other fish cuisine.
Last weekend's work was trouble-free 🔚. It has been a long time since I have worked long hours, and I am tired, but I want to say "thank you" to myself for all the hard work I have done, so let's drink a glass of wine 🍶. The "𛀣Kyumori Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai" (𛀣Kyumori Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai) Sake made by Shinshu Meizou, which was formed through the merger of four separate breweries, and is a special sake for the Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai. Besides "𛀣久盛", "瀧澤" and "鼎" which I drank the other day are also brewed at this brewery. ✨️ [Glass.] Aroma of mellow apples with honey, a refreshing sweetness on the back side of a thick umami flavor, and a mineral aftertaste that lingers on the palate. [Mokkiri.] A fruity aroma with a strong umami, soft umami, and a lingering aftertaste that is fresh and slightly sweet from the sharpness of the acidity. I wanted to eat meat, so I had roast beef from the basement and the usual fish shop's horse mackerel. After the night shift, I continued to work almost 24 hours a day, and the next day I worked long hours from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Moreover, I sweated a lot from carrying in, preparing, and taking down, and my body was craving salt. Kikumori Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai 2025 Gold Course. From the July Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai comes Kikumori from Shinshu Meizo. Shinshu Meizou, which has a brewery in the Ueda area, exhibits a freshly stored sake that has been aged in a thermal tank for two years at ice temperature. It is a 100% Miyamanishiki Junmai Daiginjo, with a Sake degree of -2 degrees, an acidity of 1.6, and an alcohol content of 16 degrees, making it a dark, mellow, sweet sake. It has an aroma of muscat and apple on the nose and a mellow sweetness on the palate. I'm opening another bottle today😍. My first Miyazaki sake. Everyone says Miyazaki is hard to get, so I popped in 🤣 I ordered it with Jidori Koko 👍. It's a bit sweet, but not too sweet. It has a modern umami taste, similar to a brand I've had before like Tsushima-ya 😋 It's quite refreshing and the sharpness disappears quickly 😋 It seems to be the only brewery in Miyazaki that specializes in sake 😋 It's delicious - thanks for making sake 😂.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Miyazaki's only sake brewery specializing in sake, Chitoku Shuzo. It has a mild aroma with a good sweetness 😄. Refreshing drink with little lingering aftertaste. 😋 A lightly flavored umami type, or perhaps an 🏠. Not much umami or bitterness lingering on the tongue. Easy to drink but needs one more punch😅. It has an old fashioned taste but with a modern drinking style😋. Quite a tasty sake😋. Tonight I'm having seafood nabe with oysters, cod and scallops 🎵👍

It is Minokiku Hojo. It is a normal sake made from 100% Yamada Nishiki. It is a little sweet and has a fruity taste. The price is 1760 yen (tax included) and it is the best sake in Japan. It is said that this sake is designed to be the best sake that you can drink in the evening. That's right 😋.

One of the sake I wanted to try because of the stylish label❗️ A hint of pear? White peach? It smells like pear or white peach 😅 Elegant sweetness and almost no sourness ❗️ No bitterness or habits, and the aftertaste seems to disappear easily 😄. Newly registered brand. Since the sake brewer could not be registered, the new brand is "Aizu Otokoyama" from Otokoyama Shuzo Brewery in Aizu Misato Town, Fukushima Prefecture. Its new brand name is "Wa". It has a mild aroma. It has a melon aroma and a hint of sweetness like caramel. The sweetness that is not too strong is impressive. There is some acidity.
