2020/11/06 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A subdued but green apple-like aroma. The mouthfeel is refreshing and smooth. It is followed by a rich sweetness and flavor. Spiciness and acidity are rather subdued. It finishes off nicely with a slight bitterness. It was easier to drink than the ginjo I received before.

Tonight, I'm posting my second bottle, this one I've been letting go for about 2 years to contrast with the first (Miyazumi Junmai Nigori Nama) 🍶. Actually, I bought it at the same time as the previous Junmai, but when I drank the Junmai, I took it for granted that this was a sake that should be aged for a long time 😪💤 and it has been in the bottle for a long time until now 😌. The aroma is grain-like, or Western liquor-like, or mature aroma, and the smell alone is enough to make you feel drunk. 😵‍💫 I think it's better to drink it at room temperature or warmed than chilled because the initial smell will disappear. Maybe I'll give it a try after tomorrow. It's good to enjoy long-aged sake sometimes. ☺️

I'm opening another bottle today😍. My first Miyazaki sake. Everyone says Miyazaki is hard to get, so I popped in 🤣 I ordered it with Jidori Koko 👍. It's a bit sweet, but not too sweet. It has a modern umami taste, similar to a brand I've had before like Tsushima-ya 😋 It's quite refreshing and the sharpness disappears quickly 😋 It seems to be the only brewery in Miyazaki that specializes in sake 😋 It's delicious - thanks for making sake 😂.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Miyazaki's only sake brewery specializing in sake, Chitoku Shuzo. It has a mild aroma with a good sweetness 😄. Refreshing drink with little lingering aftertaste. 😋 A lightly flavored umami type, or perhaps an 🏠. Not much umami or bitterness lingering on the tongue. Easy to drink but needs one more punch😅. It has an old fashioned taste but with a modern drinking style😋. Quite a tasty sake😋. Tonight I'm having seafood nabe with oysters, cod and scallops 🎵👍

I found Hiyayogoshi at the liquor store in the supermarket where I went to buy food. I bought it without a second thought😅. It is dry but you can taste the umami of the rice. It's delicious in its own way, but my palate is craving for something more refreshing 😅.

Matsue Izumo Trip The second cup of sake at the third restaurant "Shunsaitei Raijin" 😁 Memorandum The red bottle was recommended as a souvenir at the first restaurant and here as well, and only the 4-goupe bottle comes in a red bottle. I couldn't buy it because I couldn't stop by the liquor store that sold it 🤣 but I thought it would be a good souvenir if they sold it 😋. Hanpukai Sake The label says Kiku-zakari, the sakenowa says Tokikumori. I believe the label. Last year it had a classic impression, but this year it feels modern fruity. Maybe it was my physical condition, but it was different from my image. I enjoyed it very much. I drank it while playing mahjong and got very drunk. Double soup with pork and beef bones? Is it basically pork? It was thick and tasty. It went well with thin noodles.

One of the sake I wanted to try because of the stylish label❗️ A hint of pear? White peach? It smells like pear or white peach 😅 Elegant sweetness and almost no sourness ❗️ No bitterness or habits, and the aftertaste seems to disappear easily 😄. Overall, it's a gentle sake that goes well with meals. It's a delicious sake that can be drunk easily on its own 👍 Even sake beginners can enjoy it 😄.

Newly registered brand. Since the sake brewer could not be registered, the new brand is "Aizu Otokoyama" from Otokoyama Shuzo Brewery in Aizu Misato Town, Fukushima Prefecture. Its new brand name is "Wa". It has a mild aroma. It has a melon aroma and a hint of sweetness like caramel. The sweetness that is not too strong is impressive. There is some acidity. The aftertaste is strong alcohol. A strong bitterness also lingers. I have a feeling that it will be excellent with Japanese food.

I was curious about this sake because Mr. Manachie was drinking it. Purchased at an antenna store in Fukushima Prefecture. I really wanted the same specs, but they only had this one and an expensive one, so I had no choice but to choose this one. The brewery has reopened after 20 years. It has a mild and gentle honey-like sweetness. The aftertaste is refreshing. I would prefer a little more sweetness, but it seems to go well with a meal.

@ Daikokuya Liquor Store Maniacal selection of products, I thought I would go back. Rice used is Kame-no-o. It has a gaseous taste with a crisp and clean aftertaste. It is gorgeous. The sweetness is a little strong, but it goes in smoothly. It was a solid and delicious sake ❗️.
