Smell reminiscent of lactic acid, bananas, wind forest. Light golden color, sticky liquid, sour and sugary sweet, hard water, a bit banana-y, pungent. The aftertaste is sweet and tingly, reminiscent of canned fruit syrup. As you get used to drinking it, you can taste the bitterness. Outweighs the sweetness of the roll cake. After eating the roll cake, you feel the sourness and this is delicious. I want to drink it thick and sweet and sip it little by little. If you add ice, you get sourness and bitterness. When it is warmed up, the strong sweetness is drawn out and changes to a gentle taste, and after the slight sweetness and sourness, it seems to seep in. It is delicious. I couldn't finish my drink.

The first challenge for the first Bodai yeast sake is the sake from Nara, the birthplace of Bodai yeast 🕺🏻. Takacho 🦅❗️ from Aburicho Sake Brewery, well known for Kaze no Mori 🕺🏻. I got this one because it's only available in April! The label is so cool 👍! I thought it might be a bit peculiar since it's made from the Muromachi period, but it's not as sour as I thought it would be, and it's full-bodied and tasty while also giving off a unique flavor😳. I was expecting it to be a bit peculiar, but it was not as acidic as I thought it would be, and it was delicious with a unique flavor and richness 😳. It is rated -34 on the sake scale, but it is not too sweet and can be drunk easily 😋. Different from Kaze no Mori, this one was delicious too! I think I'll try another Bodai Hashimoto Sake 😋!

At home. The third Nara sake without permission - ‼️. Kita Sake Brewery is located in Gobo-cho, Kashihara City and was founded in 1718. My son used to play baseball and we used to go to Sato Yakuhin Stadium near here. This is the first time for us to visit there. The aroma is not so strong, but there is a slight sweetness and alcohol. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness, sourness, dryness, and the gradual feeling of alcohol. Oh, is this the ultimate in dryness? For now, I will only taste it tonight and wait for tomorrow to see how it changes. There was almost no change in taste after the second day. It is dry, but it has a sweet taste and is not unacceptable.

Miyogiku is a sake brewery located near Kashihara Shrine. I bought a Junmai sake and this Honjozo sake. It has a very high density of flavor and richness even in hiya, and the acidity is enough to go well with the drinks! It is also very well balanced in terms of both comfort and drinkability! It is even better when heated! This is wonderful! I bought a small bottle the day before because I had to buy a lot of things at Ise Jingu Shrine, but I want to buy another 4 bottles! Before going to the Kashihara Shrine, we went around the tombs around the shrine, and especially the Unebiyama Northeast Mausoleum was amazing! It was scary! Furthermore, although I must have been to Kashihara Shrine when I was a child, it looks bigger than the image I had when I was a child. Our annual sake party 😁 today with three of us 🌸. My friend brought me this sake from Naito Brewery in Sobue, Aichi👍. It's very light and easy to drink. It has a dry throat, but not too much acidity, and you can taste the flavor😋. It's a great sake to drink with two great drinkers and it's easy to drink like water😝.
