Daruma-san is always available at my favorite izakaya that serves kusetsu-tsuyo sake 🪆. I bought it with the hope that 3 years of aging would make it a versatile player...? I bought it with high hopes 🍶. As it turns out, it's not so much a versatile sake as it is the best sake when heated lukewarm: ♨️ It has an aroma like caramelized nuts and a rich sweetness that spreads 🥜. It was perfect with gratin or anything warm and creamy in winter 🐄. I think even those who have no experience with aged sake can drink this without any resistance. I think this is a bottle that even those who have never experienced aged sake will be able to enjoy it without hesitation 🍶. After a first visit to a liquor store or a first visit to a department store to buy sake, we went to Ikoma. A customer gave him a bottle of sake😁. It's so golden in color after 3 years 😹. It seems to be aged at room temperature 😅. It's like the Notoji I drank the other day, but I think this one is more beautiful 🤔. This is the first time I've bought bamboo island since the new system was put in place. According to the official website of the Japan Famous Sake Association, the rice is Nihonbare and Yamadanishiki. The lees are submerged and when mixed, it is slightly effervescent and petite. Slightly sweet and bitter. I wonder if it is better to drink it while it has gas? Once the gas is gone, the bitterness will make it hard to drink 🤔. I wonder if it would be sweeter to drink the alcohol by itself?

A drinking friend of mine wanted to drink a bottle of Takezuru by Toshi Ishikawa, who has moved to Tsuki no I. So I agreed to accompany him. We had it heated. The first aroma is like a matured Shaoxing sake. The first sip had a matured Shaoxing sake-like aroma, and the second had a mildly sweet taste with a Shaoxing sake-like acidity and umami. The sweetness is still there, but it's the kind of fully fermented sake that you can drink while eating snacks. It was delicious 🍶✨.

I bought it at a sake shop in Kintetsu Department Store. I can't read "mother-of-pearl" 🤣I heard it is read as "Uzume", but if you type "den" for mother-of-pearl in your phone, it will come up 😁. If I lived a normal life, I would never use this kanji 😅. I got the impression it's a pineapple with a bit of bitterness 🍍. It was sweeter when I tasted it, so maybe it's sweeter after some time, but it's 500ml and I can't wait that long 🤣. Maybe the aroma is a bit peculiar.

I'm late to the party, but I'll be there❣️. This is a lightly nigorized version of another brand of Nara Kashiba's famous sake "Okura", Kinko❗️. I'm not sure what to make of it. I love the sizzling, crisp, refreshing taste of the active nigori 😆. I like both Okura and Kintsugi because they have their own unique 🥰 I'd like to enjoy it again soon ( ˊ̱˂˂ˋ̱ )
