This is my first time to drink Akushika Okushika! The aroma is not so strong, but the umami, acidity, spiciness, etc. are all well balanced though each has a strong and solid flavor 👍I can drink it with peace of mind 😌🍶. 2020/11/06 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A subdued but green apple-like aroma. The mouthfeel is refreshing and smooth. It is followed by a rich sweetness and flavor. Spiciness and acidity are rather subdued. It finishes off nicely with a slight bitterness. It was easier to drink than the ginjo I received before.

Tonight, I'm posting my second bottle, this one I've been letting go for about 2 years to contrast with the first (Miyazumi Junmai Nigori Nama) 🍶. Actually, I bought it at the same time as the previous Junmai, but when I drank the Junmai, I took it for granted that this was a sake that should be aged for a long time 😪💤 and it has been in the bottle for a long time until now 😌. The aroma is grain-like, or Western liquor-like, or mature aroma, and the smell alone is enough to make you feel drunk. 😵💫 I think it's better to drink it at room temperature or warmed than chilled because the initial smell will disappear. Maybe I'll give it a try after tomorrow. It's good to enjoy long-aged sake sometimes. ☺️

A drinking friend of mine wanted to drink a bottle of Takezuru by Toshi Ishikawa, who has moved to Tsuki no I. So I agreed to accompany him. We had it heated. The first aroma is like a matured Shaoxing sake. The first sip had a matured Shaoxing sake-like aroma, and the second had a mildly sweet taste with a Shaoxing sake-like acidity and umami. The sweetness is still there, but it's the kind of fully fermented sake that you can drink while eating snacks. It was delicious 🍶✨.

When you open the bottle and pour it in, the aroma is like sweet baked sweets like sponge cake or kawara senbei. The mouthfeel is round and robust. Purchased at Yokohama Takashimaya Rice used is Kame-no-o type Koshihikari produced in Kasama City The alcohol is a little strong, but the taste is smooth and not like an unfiltered draft. I'm late to the party, but I'll be there❣️. This is a lightly nigorized version of another brand of Nara Kashiba's famous sake "Okura", Kinko❗️. I'm not sure what to make of it. I love the sizzling, crisp, refreshing taste of the active nigori 😆. I like both Okura and Kintsugi because they have their own unique 🥰 I'd like to enjoy it again soon ( ˊ̱˂˂ˋ̱ )
