The third bottle is a summer sake ️. This is the only ginjo-shu that is alsobeerated 😆. It has a very fresh impression but but it has a sweeter aroma than the others 🎶. There is also a strong aroma of rice 👍 It has a strong sense of gas Sweetness with some rummy taste 😋. It is very crisp because it is alsobeared. It has a crisp, light and dry taste 😍. I paired it with tempura on the first day and this was the highest rated 🎶. It washes off the tempura oil very well 🤣.

The second review is for spring sake🎶. Of the four bottles, this one seems to have the least aroma🤔. A little bit ricey? I'm not familiar with it so I don't know the details. Maybe it's because the sake rice used is strong. It is quite sharp and clear 🤔. It's a very clear, clean, light and dry sake 😋. I think this sake was the only one that didn't change from the first day to the last 😮. The tempura on the first day matched the sashimi on the third day 😋.

My sister who was looking for a new job has found a new job. I'm going to open 4 bottles of the Tsuki series for my sister. My sister can't drink any sake though 🤣. The aroma of all 4 bottles have a common trend. More than fruity ginjo aroma I have the impression that the aroma of rice can be felt 🎶. On the first day, there is a strong sense of gas and slight fizz I have the impression that it is a refreshing sweet sake 🤔. There is a bitterness in the aftertaste and it goes down your throat well, but but it feels somewhat hard and I finished it after drinking half a gong. After the second day, the micro-firing has faded but the gassy feeling is still apparent. but the gassy feeling is still there 😍. The hardness felt on the first day is gone transformed into a sweet and delicious sake 🎶. Elegant sweetness and firm umami The bitter and sour aftertaste finishes it off well. I can drink it as much as I want without getting tired of it 😋. Tempura on the first day, beef stew on the second day I've had it with tempura on the first day, beef stew on the second day, sashimi on the third day, and hokke (hokke) on the fourth day. but it was the only one that I could match it with everything 🎶.

Continuing from Sherlock, Fukushima sake🎶. I'm opening a gakky tonight🤣.... ...but I fell asleep 💦. When I opened the bottle, I heard a puff of gas 🎶. The aroma is very reminiscent of melon 😍. The aroma is a rich and gorgeous ginjo aroma reminiscent of melon🍈 and white peach🍑😆. On the palate, you are greeted with a slight fizz and gaseous sensation 😋. The sweetness is like a combination of banana and white peach 😍. The rice flavor is not so strong for a Collage 🤔. The taste is very good, the acidity is good, and the taste is very good 🎶. It's a good sake for stand-alone 😌.

I thought I was done with summer sake, but there was still some left in the cellar so I opened a bottle 😅. I found it still left in the cellar and opened the bottle 😅. The aroma is sweet with a strong banana 🤔. The banana🍌-like sweetness as well as the aroma is compatible with the rice flavor 🍌. The sweetness of the banana 🍌 is balanced with the delicious taste of the rice 😋. A little bit strong acidity and a nice sharpness 🎶 that goes down your throat nicely. I had an image that Tatenokawa, which I am in charge of this time, tends to be dry, but this is a little different 🤔.

No disappointment in Nabeshima's special pure ️‼️. I've been sipping it since the end of last week and now that I've finished it, here's my review 😆. Let's start chanting ‼️. Nabeshima tokujun a~yama Nabeshima tokujun aaiyamama When the bottle is opened, it has a very rich sweet aroma that smells like wasanbon 😍. The taste of rice is very strong. Considering it's a sake made with Aiyama, the sweetness is moderate🤔. The bitterness comes out later and the sharpness is also good 👍 However, there is an impression that it is somewhat hard... I was told at the liquor store that it might be interesting to let it grow at room temperature. After the second day, I took it out of the cellar and started aging it myself 😤. The aroma is like a strawberry in addition to the wasanbon-like aroma 🎶. The overall flavor is mellow. The overall flavor has mellowed and become richer and richer. The overall flavor becomes mellower and richer. The bitterness is lessened and the sweetness is more easily recognizable 😃. Less sourness from the first day, this is almost no change 🤔. The sweetness is moderated and not too much. The sweetness is kept to a minimum and the umami and bitterness expresses the original flavor of Aizan well 😆. The cold sake after the second day I think it is one of the top tasting special junmai in my opinion 🤣. I think it is one of the best in the category of special junmai 🤣. I haven't had Nabeshima special junmai for a long time, but it's still too good 😋.

Tachika has a rich and gorgeous sweet aroma like muskmelon 😍. Summer sake tends to be light, crisp and easy to drink. It tends to be easy to drink 🤔. Sherlock dares to go the complete opposite 🤣. If you had to choose between Flax Cat Spark🐈⬛ and Yonotori🦅, which would you choose? 🤔 I got the same one from a different lot, so I'm opening a bottle 😁. I know it says to be careful when opening the bottle but I was able to open it easily without any hassle 🤣. The aroma is clean and sweet, but not too strong 🤔. The sparkling wine has a pleasant fizziness in the mouth 😍. The sweet and sour grapefruit-like citrus flavor is the first thing that comes to my mind, and when I take a bite of the peel, I can feel the sweetness. The bitter taste like biting into the peel is the first thing you feel in your mouth 😍. It is a good sake for hot summers because it is refreshing 🫠. However, due to the fact that it is made with white malted rice I can hardly feel the taste of rice 😥. It feels more like white wine than sake 😋. I wonder what would be the best way to match it with food as a food wine? 🤔 It didn't go with tonight's hokke or boiled komatsuna. I drank it by itself and then ate the food 🤣.

The other day, Tsubu-chan was drinking this. I got caught up and opened a bottle too 🤣. The cork blew out when I tried to open the bottle 🤣. That's so stupid 😅. I'm glad it didn't spew out 💦. The aroma is a bit of a strong ginjo aroma 🎶. It's kinda melon-ish 🤔. In the mouth, it has a very solid microbubbles and gassiness 😆. The sweetness is like a white peach 🍑 and the richness and the balance of the rice flavor is the best 😍. The balance between the sweetness of white peach 🍑 and the richness and umami of the rice is perfect😍. A little bitterness comes out afterwards and the sharpness is also good👍. However, for a sake with an alcohol content of 15 I think it's pretty light for a sake with 15% alcohol by volume 🤔.
