Each brewery puts a lot of effort into their "Aizan" products. This one is also delicious. Fish dishes go well with "Hidakami" or "Suminoe" sake from Ishinomaki, a fishing town.
The first "Jikin" that we met at Saibayashi Honten (Misato-cho). Jikin Junmai Ginjo Asahi Hi-ire". It was softer and gentler than expected.
But still... when I was checking on the Internet, I found that this bottle (720 ml) was priced at 14,000 yen at an Internet store! That's 7 times the selling price.
