The taste is also grape🍇-like but without the banana🍌-ness that Akaban Yumachi has 🤔.
I also have the impression that this one is drier.

In my opinion, Akaban Omachi is a stand-alone sake
Akaban Oumachi is a standalone sake, and Bizen Oumachi is more suited for a medium-bodied sake 🎶.
