I've opened a Collage and a Fukushima Sake after Hirotogawa.
I'm going to open only Fukushima sake this week 🤣.
I️ will open a Collage and a Bizen Collage next to the Akaban Oumachi Collage👍.
The aroma is sweet and gorgeous, reminds me of grapes 🎶.
The taste is also grape-like but more banana-like.
It also tastes like grape🍇 but more like banana😋.
It's also not too sweet, and I think it's close to +/- 0 on the sake scale, which is my favorite 😍.
But considering it's a sake made with Omachi, it doesn't have much rice flavor 🤔.
Tomorrow I will drink the Bizen Omachi Collage 😍
Don't tell me you fell asleep while writing your check-in text 🤫.
