I think it's a good idea to have a little bit of a different flavor.
Almost no aroma? I think it's a little bit bananas 😅

Basically, it's similar to the standard Junmai sake.
The rice flavor is by far the best 🤣🤣.
The yeast may be capsule-like, or it may have a banana🍌 taste.
I have the impression that the sweetness is moderate and dry 🤔.
I can drink it cold or chilled without much difference 😍.
The label recommends heating it up.
I've tried it at all temperatures from hinata heated to hot.
I tried it at all temperatures from hinata-kan to hot-kan, but the alcoholiness was too pronounced and not to my taste.
It's a little bit out of my personal preference😅.
It's quite nice when it's heated 😋.
The problem is that it's not available anymore😅.
