Akabu hiyaoroshi The aroma is mature and gentle, like white peaches, compared to the freshness of green apples and other fresh aromas usually associated with hiyaoroshi. The taste is also mellow, which is what hiyaoroshi is all about!

Gift from koke's brother I sent him a No6TypeX and got an awesome return💦. When you put it in your mouth, you feel the sweetness strongly. After that, you can feel the acidity, which is like Yamahai. Thank you so much for this precious thing!

It seems to be made with white malted rice, and the sourness is indeed very acidic. Other than that, it has an aroma and sweetness that is typical of Akabu. After all, you can't go wrong with Akabu-ho!

On the way back from a trip to Tottori, we stopped in Kyoto🚐. We had icebreaker and hamo (pike conger) at the hotel. The icebreaker was super crisp, and when drunk on the rocks, it was a smooth drink that was badass 🧊.

Fruity aroma like pineapple. Moderate sweetness and sourness, ending with a touch of bitterness. It's been a while since I've had a bottle, so I'm looking forward to tasting it while enjoying the changes!

Three days after opening the bottle, the wine has settled down overall. The aroma and sweetness in particular have settled down, and the bitterness at the end of the bottle has disappeared. It's now totally drinkable with food, and that's a good thing! It's interesting to see the changes that occur even when the bottle is fired!
