Tanaka for the second time during Christmas with family
First time to try Nama Sake.
My first impression was a slightly cloudy white wine.
Almost no sweetness.
Mildly bitter with a hint of sweetness
More delicate than the fire-aged wines I've drunk before
Delicate at best
Worse, it is thin.
But the aftertaste is so strong that it's a wonder.
Elegance is just like a white wine.
If you let it sit at room temperature for a while, it becomes more like sake.
In the refrigerator
