Akamu Summer Wine Following last year A favorite selection, partly because it is named after my daughter. Sour aroma Rumney on the palate... Sweetness. I don't know what it is. Is this sake? At least. It's not the sake I'm looking for. I won't buy it next year. Akabu's regular Junmai Ginjo is the best.

The liquor store made a mistake and the liquor I wanted to drink didn't arrive. I didn't have time to go out to buy sake I went to a nearby Yamaya to pick up some sake. Urakasumi after a long time The aroma is fresh and the taste is fresh as well. The mouthfeel is as fresh as the aroma. The acidity in the fruity flavor is also impressive. Daughter's Dolls' Festival drinking party at her parents-in-law's house My father-in-law, who loves to drink, prepared Tasake (rice wine) for us.
