First "Do Second bottle of muddy sake after Hirotogawa nigori Be careful when opening the bottle due to its activity. We managed not to spill it. Do not mix the top clear liquid 💦. There is quite a lot of ori. I feel it is more than Kido's nigori. Standing aroma is sweet with a strong sense of ori. The mouthfeel is not sweet, as is often the case with nigori. It is rather dry. It seems to be easy to drink with meals. It is good with salty hot pot with yuzu kosho. I will buy again next year 🙃. Although it's New Year's Eve and New Year's Holidays I drink too much!

First time shopping in a long time at the main Saibin store I got a bottle of Nabeshima Special Junmai Since there is no cellar I had to split it into 3 x No. 4 bottles. My wife is furious! While we were splitting it, we tasted it! From the soft aroma of rice It is not so sweet, but but the balance of umami and dryness is excellent. This year, too, this sake Oh, it's delicious!

I got it from my hometown, Kokoyama. The aroma is so mellow that you would think it was a flower. The mouthfeel is spicy because it is called "super-hot". but it is not just spicy. Akamu Summer Wine Following last year A favorite selection, partly because it is named after my daughter. Sour aroma Rumney on the palate... Sweetness. I don't know what it is. Is this sake?
