Decided to purchase by recommendation line of Saibayashi Honten
My first impression was that it was fresh!
A citrus-like aroma
The mouthfeel is as citrusy as the aroma.
There is almost no sweetness, but the umami of rice and
and mellowness of the rice.
After the dry taste comes the bitterness and the slight alcohol that gives it a sharp finish.
I have never had before.
It is a strange taste
But it is really delicious.
I think I'm going to get addicted to it!
