I've been laying it down too long to drink it.
I got the same one so I'm kicking it out and opening a bottle 🤣.
The aroma is thin and slightly citrusy 🎶.
The mouthfeel is reminiscent of lime and grapefruit.
The refreshing acidity is impressive😍.
Is it the most acidic of all the Colors I've had so far? 😮.
It has a white wine taste with a little bit of astringency at the end 🤔.
I think the astringency at the end is another factor that makes it white wine-like 🤔.
I tried it with curry for dinner.
It was a surprisingly good match 😋.
It also went well with fried food 👍
