Sherlock‼️. I was at work when I got a line from the liquor store saying it was in stock 😁. I took a 100km detour to buy it on my way home from work 🤣. It's a very sweet and gorgeous aroma. This one has a very gorgeous sweet aroma 😍. The first thing that comes to my mind when I put it in my mouth is that it's beautiful 😊. If you had to choose between Flax Cat Spark🐈⬛ and Yonotori🦅, which would you choose? 🤔 I got the same one from a different lot, so I'm opening a bottle 😁. I know it says to be careful when opening the bottle but I was able to open it easily without any hassle 🤣. The aroma is clean and sweet, but not too strong 🤔. The sparkling wine has a pleasant fizziness in the mouth 😍. The sweet and sour grapefruit-like citrus flavor is the first thing that comes to my mind, and when I take a bite of the peel, I can feel the sweetness. The bitter taste like biting into the peel is the first thing you feel in your mouth 😍. It is a good sake for hot summers because it is refreshing 🫠. However, due to the fact that it is made with white malted rice I can hardly feel the taste of rice 😥. It feels more like white wine than sake 😋. I wonder what would be the best way to match it with food as a food wine? 🤔 It didn't go with tonight's hokke or boiled komatsuna. I drank it by itself and then ate the food 🤣.

Bottles of Colors are a bit of a pain because they take up so much space😅. If I buy 2 bottles, one won't fit in the cellar, so I'm kicking it out and opening the bottle 🤣. I can only describe the aroma as typical of Shinmasa👍. It's not like sake, it's not like wine. It's not like sake and it's not like wine 🎶, it's unique. The taste is also The Shinsei 😆. It has a strong acidity, sweet and sour, and easy to drink. It's refreshing and perfect for the hot and humid weather we're having right now👍. But I think it's sweeter than when I drank it before 🤔. I was at a liquor store the other day, talking to a clerk I know. "Do you have any dry sake with a great sharpness? Only brands I've never had before." The other day, Tsubu-chan was drinking this. I got caught up and opened a bottle too 🤣. The cork blew out when I tried to open the bottle 🤣. That's so stupid 😅. I'm glad it didn't spew out 💦. The aroma is a bit of a strong ginjo aroma 🎶. It's kinda melon-ish 🤔. In the mouth, it has a very solid microbubbles and gassiness 😆. The sweetness is like a white peach 🍑 and the richness and the balance of the rice flavor is the best 😍. The balance between the sweetness of white peach 🍑 and the richness and umami of the rice is perfect😍. A little bitterness comes out afterwards and the sharpness is also good👍. However, for a sake with an alcohol content of 15 I think it's pretty light for a sake with 15% alcohol by volume 🤔.

Following Tasake, Mimuro Sugi is now on tap 😍. The sake rice and rice polishing are the same, but this one has 13% alcohol by volume! Here's the difference 😆. The aroma is... chestnut 🌰? 😮. Why such a first impression😅 But if you sniff carefully, it's lychee-like? 🤔 But like the rice wine, it's pretty scarce though 🤣. The taste has the umami and sweetness that is typical of Mimuro cedar, but it's also very clean and a bit dry due to the sake rice 😃. but it is also a little dry 😃. Also, there is a bitterness in the aftertaste. It also has a bitterness in the aftertaste and is somewhat grain-like 🤔. I have the impression that many Mimuro cedar can be drunk by itself. but this one seems to be a good sake for eating 🎶. If Tasake is light and dry this one is light sweet? I wonder if they tried to differentiate by making it lower in alcohol content? I'm not sure 🤔. I'll ask them if I have time at the Imanishi Shuzo event next month 😁. This is a collaboration sake between Tasake and Mimuro Sugi👍 This brand was only distributed to liquor stores that carry both brands 🤔. In my case, the only liquor store I'm familiar with in Miyagi Prefecture 🤣. Both brands are available in 56% jungin specs of Watafune-2, so I recommend you to compare 😁. But this is the only bottle I'm opening today 🤣 The aroma is almost imperceptible. I can't really smell it but it has a little bit of peachy flavor. 🤔 It has a little bit of a slight effervescence on the palate. It's a refreshing and dry sake 😃. It is full-bodied and the umami of the rice is strong. It's not flashy but it's a light and dry sake suitable for a meal 😋. However, it doesn't go well with the grilled gizzards I bought at 7-Eleven on my way home from work😅. It just made my breath smell bad 🤣. Maybe it would go well with a thicker sauce type of seasoning 🤔. I'll open a bottle of Mimuro Cedar tomorrow 😍.

The best way to get the best out of it is to get a good idea of what you're going to get. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea. I brought it to the cashier... I brought it to the cashier and she said, "There's no limit to the number of bottles, can you get enough for one?" I would have bought another bottle if I was told that by a familiar shopkeeper🤣. Tachika is like muscat plus banana 😃. The flavor also has a strong impression of muscat and banana 😃. It has a juicy sweetness with a hint of fire-roasted rice. The rice flavor is too rich and rich. It is full-bodied and deep 😍. The aftertaste is a bit dry. The aftertaste is a little bit dry and slowly fades away, so you can enjoy the lingering taste very much 😋. It's a very good wine, but it's not to my taste after a few days, so I drink it in a day or two every time 🎶. Also, if I don't know when it's closed in a pub, I don't drink it 😅. They knew I was opening more 🤣. Fukushima is proud of its dry sake 🍶. I really wanted to open a bottle of the special junmai if it was available, but this is the only one I have in stock😅. But this is all we have in stock😅 I'll have to stock up on Hiroki again somewhere 😤. Fruity but smooth. Tachikou with a strong aroma of rice 😍. It has a slight alcohol taste. The taste of rice is very rich 😋. Not too sweet ️. This is dry sake 😆. Slightly acidic and alcoholic with good sharpness. It is a good sake that can be easily matched with any food 🎶. I've had a few bottles of Ecru at pubs, but I've never had it at home. I opened the bottle thinking I've never had it at home 😁. The aroma is a modern sweet and sour aroma typical of Niimasa Colors 😃. The taste is just as sweet and sour as the aroma 😍. But it's hard to compare Shinsei with fruits 😅. Also, I don't doubt that it's sweet and sour. I think ecru is the least sweet when compared by Colors 🤔. The unique acidity of Shinsei's sake makes it very sharp and clean. It has a refreshing aftertaste that leaves your mouth clean 😋. If Lapis is sold out and will not be available in the future I wonder if this will be the entry model of Colors? 🤔

Sherlock‼️. I forgot to shout when I was 2😅 I'll open a bottle of Collage today 😍 And on top of that, it's my mom's birthday 🎂 But I work nights so we don't get to see each other 🤣. I'm going to go to the spa this Sunday. I'm going to surprise her while she's out 😁. I'll also open a bottle of my secret sake 😏. The aroma is the same as the Ni-Shu, Banana 😆. It has a nice mouthfeel like a fresh sake. If I were to compare the taste to a fruit, it would be banana🍌+melon🍈, no different 🤣. But you know what... It has much less bitterness 😱. I'm not sure if it's the sweetness or the bitterness, but it's very sweet. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one, but I'm sure it's a good idea to buy a new one. The Aizan sake that comes out next month is also made to be not so sweet 🤔 I personally was a little surprised 🍶. I personally prefer the second one, but I think the third one is more popular with everyone. This makes me regret not being able to drink the first one more and more 😭. The second one is a little bit more expensive than the first one, but it's still a good one. You may never be able to buy it again. If you like Collage, please try to get it 👍

I was not able to get the first one because they made a mistake in the reservation 🤣. I've got a stock of Collage and I'm going to open it 😆. I've had a lot of Collage, but this is my first time to drink it raw 😮. The aroma is a clean banana-like ginjo aroma 🎶. The flavor is very nice and juicy with a hint of gas and a slight spurt 😍. The taste is banana🍌 + melon🍈? 🤔 The umami is strong and the bitterness is a bit strong. Sweetness is also there but it's quite moderate due to the bitterness from the lees 🤔. It is a very good sake with a good sharpness and not too flashy, so no matter how much you drink it, you will not get tired of drinking it 🍶. It's fine on its own, but for me I'd like to drink it with some food as a food wine 😍.

The first product that is not a daily sake brewery training or training was recently launched for sale and I opened it 😍. Of course I've secured the first batch 😏. Smells smooth and mild 🎶. Refreshingly gassy on the palate Tingling and pleasant on the tongue 😋. To be frank, it's a muscat juice with a moderate sweetness 🤣. It has a good acidity and a nice sharpness 👍. As the temperature is raised, the umami flavor also comes out. A well-balanced, sweet and delicious sake 🍶. I've never had Tomita Shuzo's Shichibonsyari but I wonder if it's like this? I wonder if it's like this 🤔. I'm interested but the nearest store I know of is about 300km away in Utsunomiya💦.

Yoshida Sake Brewery, Saibayashi Honten, and Shiokara Mania Collaboration products from the three companies😏😏. Sake and salted fish set 🍶🦑 available only by reservation at Saibin Honten. We are also adding Harako and Saba no Miso Nimono (mackerel stew) 😁. I think there is almost no aroma and there is a slight ginjo-like aroma? 🤔 They recommend to drink it cold or hot. For now, I'm going to drink it cold 👍. When drunk on its own It's clean, clean, dry, full-bodied, and rich in flavor. A slight sweetness comes out afterwards 😋. It also has a good sharpness with a firm acidity that is typical of Yamahai 👌 This alone is a sake with high enough specs 😆. When I paired it with shiokara (salted fish) It's a set product, so it matches very well 😆. The slightly salty taste of the salted fish becomes milder and it's as if you're drinking dashiwari 😁. It's like drinking soup stock 😁. It's really too easy to drink, and it's delicious! I had mana in less than an hour 🤣. I think this is the first time I drank at such a high pace😅. I'm going to start my example tomorrow since it's Golden Week 😏.

I was working late and drinking and then I fell asleep 😪. Yonekaku is sold in a certain number of stores, but This is Saibayashi Honten original sake😁. The aroma is a ginjo aroma with a lactic acidity like a sake yeast yeast yeast 🎶. The label says it's light and dry. It tastes like a grape🍇 with a clean and sweet taste. It doesn't feel so dry 🤔. It also has a nice sharpness with a firm acidity 😋. It can be served either by itself or as a food wine 😆. I don't have any stock of Yamahai sake, so I'm done with the yeast strain in two batches 🤣.

When the bottle is opened, it has a banana-like The combined aroma greets you 😆. The taste is very sweet and sour and refreshing. My mouth is clean 😋. I started writing this because we were having a lot of fun at work talking about the brides of Doraemon 5 😆. By the way, I'm in the minority here 🤣. When I tried to open the bottle, it spilled cheerfully😅. I lost a little bit😭 Aroma is generally low. More rice than fruity 🤔. Strong microbubbles and pleasant on the tongue😍. Citrus-like sweetness, like grapefruit or something. Very refreshing 😋. The flavor of the rice is also very strong. Very high quality🎶. There is a bitterness in the aftertaste. It has a nice sharpness and leaves the mouth feeling clean and crisp. It is my kind of sake 🍶. I made the mistake of forgetting to buy spring sake the other day😅.
