I felt like I haven't had a good quality sake from Kyushu recently, so I opened one👍.
I think it has almost no aroma 🤔.

A smooth and sweet grape 🍇.
It's raw but has a little bit of a fizz to it, and the gasiness is very strong 😋.
It has a good amount of flavor and is easy to pair with food 🎶.

When you put it in your mouth, it tastes a little sweet and sour.
It is totally different from Hakurakusei's original light and dry sake 😮.

It is easy to match with food because it has good sharpness due to the acidity 😋.
Hakurakusei is not so good when you think about it, but if you think about it without getting caught up in the brand name

The last one is Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Nama Sake
Beautiful ginjo aroma with a relatively firm sweetness.
However, it soon becomes umami, spicy, and slightly bitter.
The balance is the best of all!
But I think I prefer the special junmai
might be my favorite right now.
