I've been wanting to drink Toyo Bijin for a long time, and it's fruity and sweet, with a good acidity and a touch of gas, and not too much bitterness. It was a great taste for a weak drinker like me.

Gattolibero means stray cat. They have four kinds of labels. It doesn't say, but the rice is Omachi and the polishing ratio is 59%. It's a little sweet and a little gassy. It also has a mineral feeling.

I thought I wouldn't be able to buy it, but I was able to buy it surprisingly easily. Timing. It is a thin turbidity of the origara level. There is no gas feeling, and it is surprisingly refreshing. The aroma that passes through the nose is fruity. The emerald green letters on the label are beautiful.

It is made from Akita Sake Komachi. From the concept written on the label and the impression I got from drinking it, I can feel the atmosphere like Shinsei. It has a light mouthfeel and the acidity is pleasant. It's delicious, but I wish it had a little more of the character that comes with a packaged sake.

I gave up on it, but I was able to buy it at a certain liquor store in Kyoto on the 30th. It's not a screw cap, which is rare for Denshu. It is sweet at the beginning but bitter and spicy at the end. It's a noble sake, but it's not too sweet, which is typical of Denshu.
