boukenThis sake is only available at the end of the year. It is rare to find a Hououmida with active nigori. I didn't get it the previous year, but this time I got the last one. It is said to be an active nigori, but it is not vigorous at all😅.

Rice is 100% Ishikawa-mon.
It was quiet when I opened it, but when I stirred it, it almost sputtered. It is dry with strong gas. The sweetness comes first, but the bitterness is stronger. It has a solid rice flavor. boukenIt is said to be the sake that helped Toyobai become a nationwide success. This is my second visit to Toyobai itself after a long absence.
The rice is Hanafukuyuki, and it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
The aroma is mild, but there is a sweet atmosphere. It is fresh and has a strong sweetness from the rice. The mouthfeel is clean and light.
It may not be because it is an Aomori sake, but it also has an apple-like sweetness. The second half of the bottle has a crisp, alcoholic taste.
I think I prefer the junmai ginjo I drank before. boukenI've had Kanazawa-ya from the same brewery at an outing, but this is my first time drinking it.
I had never heard of rice called "Takaneminori" before.
It has a fresh aroma with a hint of cemedine. The impression is that it fades out after a pause from the refreshing feeling, followed by a gutsy sweet flavor.

I felt this sake was modest in a kind of blueness that is unique to new sake 😊 in a good way of course👍. boukenI had the impression that sake made with Asahi rice was sweet, but this one is a light and dry type, which is unusual for a kafuda-shu as it says.
It has a clean, traditional dry taste, but the aroma and flavor are modern and muscat-like. Perhaps due to the low alcohol content, it is dry, but it has a gentle taste. 
boukenI saw it at Takimoto and bought it because it was reasonably priced for a kamikura. According to information from various sake retailers, it seems to be a new product.
It is gorgeous and fruity. Slightly effervescent. It has a sweet atmosphere, but I don't think it's a very sweet type. The second half is quite spicy. But the bottle is as cool as ever. Mantabouken Good evening ^ ^

The alcohol content is high, so the strong alcohol taste comes with a bang. The delicious taste of rice surges in. The sweetness is only slightly perceptible in the latter half of the bottle.

This is my first Kameizumi other than CEL-24. Takayuki 63 is a rice called Kaze Naruko. Juicy and robust ginjo aroma. A little banana-like. Fruity and sweet, but slightly spicy. boukenI think people who drink this drink should forget about CEL-24 for a moment.

boukenGorgeous aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweet and delicious flavor bursting forth. It has a lingering aftertaste that lasts long after drinking. Although it is fire-aged, it has a fresh feeling and is very tasty.
It may be a one-off, but I hope they release it every year.

The aroma is citrusy. It tastes like grapefruit. The bitterness in the latter half is beer-like. When poured, the foam has a light pinkish color. After pouring, it looks almost transparent. I guess it tastes more like beer than sake.
