The 2nd restaurant @ Okamuro Sake Shop
The restaurant was almost full before 3pm!
When we were able to get in just in time, we were told by the regulars behind the counter as soon as we entered the restaurant.
I told him I wanted to drink sake.
I told him I wanted to drink sake, and he asked me if I wanted the dry junmai or the daiginjo.
I decided on the dry junmai! I got a sake from Wakayama.
The brand name is a mystery...but it was delicious!
The food was oden skewers of whale and garland chrysanthemum.
A taste of Kansai!
Side note: The overly friendly owner was a senior at my university 😆.
2nd station.
It has a sweetness from a firm sourness. It's good!
Nama sake again 😅
This one also spreads sweetness as it gets closer to room temperature...
I had morisoba to finish!
My drinking friend brought me here.
Lunchtime drinking at a soba noodle restaurant🍶.

Fascinated by the yeast.
The first sourness that comes in handsome.
Favorite.
I drank only Nama-shu and Hara-shu...!
I translated my English to the lady who was talking to the Singapore men's team next to us (I don't understand English).
I translated her English to the Singaporean men's team who came next to us.
After the Singapore team left, the waiter gave us a note.
This kind of thing really happens 🫢.
Wow...
The glass teardrops so much...
Thick and thick as a liquid!
Sweetness spreading horizontally in the mouth...
It's not easy to drink, but...

The one I'm publicizing with the smell is...
It's a gin from Mishima 🩵.
I bought it after drinking it at the distillery.
It's so good!
If you see it, please buy it for sure!
I drink it with tonic water.
Signature style✨
Shiso and sansho give it a refreshing flavor
It makes a very easy to drink gin and tonic. The light blue liquor turns slightly pink with the acidity of the tonic water, which is also beautiful 🩷.
The label says
A blend of "rough and tumble" and "blame"...
Blame...?
I'm scared of what kind of responsibility I'm going to be held accountable for.
✧
Postscript 📝Study time!
I was taught some sake terms.
Arabashiri, nakadori, and blame.
I understand that it means to blame with pressure.
Fusion of "arabashiri" and "blame"?
I knew what "fusion" meant, but I didn't know what it was a fusion of😅.
✧
But nothing too much.
It was a delicious drink!
A drink for now.
I see that this sake is made from Yumeko, which is produced in Fukushima Prefecture, the same as Tefu!
It's well-balanced and easy to drink.
At a friend's house in Shizuoka.
Enjoyed gin & whiskey (@Water Gate) in Mishima for dinner and then drinking at home!
It was a fizzy, sweet and sour drink ♡.
I guess 6 degrees of alcohol is no longer juice ☺️

I poured it over vanilla ice cream as recommended by the staff at Asano Sake Shop!
