This one is also by KURA. The sake I was paired with. Wow, delicious... So rich in flavor, yet easy to drink... Awesome... Today's blackboard menu ⚪︎Tataki yellowtail belly with garland chrysanthemum I forgot to take a picture and took it when I ate half of it... again. It's so delicious! I love the sense of sweet spicy miso on the garland chrysanthemum.

I came to a restaurant that Asano-san's staff told me about 🍶. I'm enjoying myself.... Pouring sake is also self-service. There are many kinds of sake that I have never seen before... The handsome one I bought at Kyoto Takashimaya with Kaygetsu. Friday Otsukare opening ✨ Local sake once in a while. Aroma fresh! Green apple type amani-ga! Different from Kaygetsu's easy drinking. It's an after-dinner dessert sake 🍏. It has a fruity aftertaste too. I think it can handle even heavy sweets.

Kaygetsu's snowman makes me want to buy one: ❄️ It's easy to drink and has less of the tingling sensation of raw sake. It is light and easy to drink! Even though it's dry, the sweetness is refreshing. Maybe it's just as the label says.

Akabu ♡ bought at a local liquor store with a particular taste. (I call it ⇧ Oji's store) I went to a concert and came home with a bare face! I know it's a different date, but... I opened a bottle to commemorate the completion of all this year's guessing activity sites safely 💎. （⇧I'm sorry for the long preface...) It's so delicious... It's not a sour type, but a refreshing sweet type? The aftertaste is also refreshingly sweet yet rich... (groan) I love Akabu! This year's sake activities continue... 🫶🏻

Staff recommended sake 🍶. It has a very fruity aroma! But not so sweet! Easy to drink. I rarely drink sake before dawn...but they said it's the kind of sake I imagine. That sounds like Mr. Shirasugi. The label is not on the picture at all... What's the point of taking a picture of it?

The second cup! Dry, clean but tasty. Paired with sauteed shiitake mushrooms recommended by the staff. (I almost ate the shiitake mushrooms, but there were two more slices. (I almost ate the shiitake mushrooms, there were actually two more slices...) It was delicious again today!
