Purchased at Takimoto. The taste of rice spreading out, I thought I was putting freshly cooked rice in my mouth... delicious! I thought it would be a rugged, gory type sake with strong alcohol, but it was not unpleasant at all, more like a delicate samurai. It tastes different from fruity.

Kijo sake by Masamune Kikki, which I found to have the same mouthfeel as Jyushiyo. Compared to Kuroryu's, it is refreshing for a kijoshu. It feels like a dark sake. The aftertaste is fruity, but I don't know if I like it very much...

Looks like a perfect white wine. It feels like wine, soft to the palate and leaves a strong aftertaste. Slightly carbonated...? I may not like it as much as I would like. Like a white wine that is light at first but has a heavy aftertaste.

Purchased at Takama Sake Store. About 2,400 yen, as I recall. It has a slightly thickened taste. It is fruity, but has a strong rice aftertaste. It looks peculiar, but it is easy to drink. It's really delicious.

名酒館タキモト

むぎさん

銘酒館タキモトで購入。2,000円貴醸酒を初めて飲んだが、とても甘くてとろとろで本当にジュースを飲んでいるみたいだった。後味はすっきりでかなり飲みやすい。ご飯と合わせるのは難しそうだが、単品でめちゃめちゃ美味しい。

Purchased at Takama Sake Store. 2,000 Yen Strong sake feeling. Complex taste? It may not be my favorite type. It would be good if you pair it with strong-flavored snacks.
