Aiya Festival 2024 Spring ④ I found it by chance on the day I commented on Maecin's post that I missed out on buying it 😭😁. Vertical mountain Jungin Oh no, no, no 🎵 Vertical mountain Muroka Aiyama🎵 Clear but gorgeous and gentle sweetness. Clear and elegant taste. The Tateyama I've had so far has been spicy, but it's not what I imagined. More of a mid-meal type than a stand-alone 🤔. It's like a gorgeous food sake.

Good evening 🌇. I don't worry about my liver or my pocketbook anymore 😆, I envy you for being able to buy and drink so many things. Do you change guru? 😆.

Good evening, bouken 🌃😀 You have a lot of it 😚👍You must have a good attitude 😁I found out that there are many Aizan in Tateyama 💦I found Aizan unfiltered Daiginjo at the store but gave it up for 6,000 yen 😭.

Hi Ane 😃 Aiyama is more of a chance encounter than a targeted purchase 🥰. I'm too heavy to be a guru, so please continue to be Ane-san's guru 🤣.

Hello Maechen 😃 I thought you had it this time but I wonder what you do on a daily basis🤔 Junmai Ginjo Aizan seems to be a new product 😀. Daiginjo is not something I can afford 😨.

Aiya Festival 2024 Spring ① First Aiya Festival in 3 years since 2021😁. I remember Ane-san was a bit taken back when I posted a lot of Aizan sake back then 🤣. I think it's a little dry with a moderate sweetness. I think it has a melon-like taste. It is also quite sour. It also feels like a spicy peach. It seems to be Aizan, but it is not like Aizan. It tastes sweeter after a few days than when it is freshly opened.

Good morning 💦. I thought you might have been jealous 💦 You were the first one when I hosted the festival. When I drank it at the store it was sweet, but when I bought it and drank it slowly, you wrote that it was not only sweet but also sour. I wish I could drink it again.

Hello Rafa 😃 I was thinking that since Oyasama can't chant these days, I should be the second one to do so 😅I'll revive the spell next time 😁.

There was one I was interested in, so I bought it, and it was a corkscrew! I didn't have anything to open it with, and it made me think lightly about what to do with it after opening it. The taste is fruity, complex, and slightly sweet, reminiscent of white wine.

Last year I drank fire-brewed sake, but this year I was able to drink fresh sake 😽. Sake that comes out on Cat Day 😺. It came with a rockin' pick 😻🎸. Anko, the rusty cat that lives in the warehouse, is in a band called Rusty Cat Rock and they're going on a nationwide tour 🐱. Melon aroma. It's sweet and juicy with a slight smokiness. I thought it was sweeter than the fire-roasted one 😸.

After returning home from a night out drinking, I opened a bottle of this one because it was early and I was a little short on drinks. I missed it last year, so this year I went for it and got it 😁. I was careful to open the bottle but it didn't spurt at all😅. It tastes like melon. It tastes more like a melon cream soda. It has a slight bitterness, but it's very melon-like and delicious.

One day in January, it was quietly displayed in a Takimoto store. I didn't buy it, but Sogape was there too. I didn't think I'd ever be able to buy a bottle of Katsikoma sake 😳. The aroma is a bit fruity and banana-like. It also has a peachy sweetness to it. The alcohol content is high, but I can feel a bit of minerality and a watery, refreshing feeling. It also has a freshness and roughness that is typical of nama-shu. I'm happy just to be able to drink this precious sake. After almost a week, the spiciness has diminished and it's flat and easy to drink.

Thank you, Kotori🙇. There are stores that sell sogape, but the way they sell it varies. Some stores only sell it to their regular customers, some stores post it on their Instagram, some stores sell it without any notice like this time, etc. 🤔It's also hard to buy it without standing in line💦.

I bought it because I was curious about it when I was traveling. I've been buying it recently, giving priority to the lightly carbonated type. When I poured it, the carbonation was stronger than I imagined. It was strong and sweet, and I personally found the sweetness to be like a faint pear. I drank it little by little over 3 days, but on the last day the carbonation went away and the sweetness was stronger.

New product using Miyamanishiki. I bought it at Takimoto after reading Nemuchi's review. It has a minty, herbal-like aroma. When you drink it, it has a cool, refreshing feeling with hints of peppermint and lychee, followed by a gentle sweetness. The end of the bottle is a little bitter. There are some fine bubbles, but I don't feel much gas. It's been a while since I've bought a Koei Kiku, and the sake lid is now the original specs 😊. I think it's different from the usual Koei Kiku, but it's still delicious 😋. I feel like it's like a kid's cold syrup or smoky when I drink it again after 2 days.

Hi bouken, I was in line with Biyun and Snow Crystal at the same time, but Crystal had a lid that looked like a generic warehouse seal and I actually decided on this one because of the nice sake lid 🤣 It was delicious and the right choice 😋.

I thought it was near the sea by the name image, but it is Eiheiji town 😅. I have the impression that Cape Echizen is where the King of Noodle Sake drinks a lot 😁. I avoided it because of its dry image, but I thought I could drink this one 😊. The top aroma is a bit like muscat. It has a sweetness, but also a robust umami and a freshness that is typical of nama-zake. It is a sake that will become more addictive with each sip. It seems to be sweeter after 3 days.

I didn't know they had raw Kinshari 😳 I bought it at Takimoto on the way back from Shoreki-ji Temple. It has a gassy feeling. Pineapple-like tropical flavor, sweet but sharp and dry. The end is quite bitter and fades out with a pleasant acidity and sharpness. When the gas is gone, you can feel a little bit of chemical taste. But it feels sweeter after the gas is gone.

The one I brought to Hanshin Department Store but couldn't buy because it was sold out. I bought it at Takimoto during the New Year holidays😊. It doesn't say, but according to the internet, it looks like it's unfiltered raw sake. Slightly effervescent, tropical fruit-like sweetness. Sake that seems to be a fusion of modern nuances, complexity, and a strong sense of sake. It also has a strong acidity.

Purchased at Takimoto on the way back from Shoreki-ji Temple to Kyoto. It is a plain sake without any information on the rice polishing ratio. When you put it in your mouth, it has a fine gas feeling and is very lively. It has a fresh, rummy, sweet flavor and a slightly heavy alcohol taste. The acidity is reminiscent of lemonade. The alcohol content is high, but it is also easy to drink. A little bit of bran-like flavor. It has a lactic acid-like aroma, which made me curious about it. It also seems to be a four-stage brewing process. It's an interesting hybrid of modern and classic sake. The classic label is also nice. This is a bargain. I'm glad I bought the Las 1 😋. Looks like it was originally limited to Kagawa Prefecture.
