I thought it was near the sea by the name image, but it is Eiheiji town 😅. I have the impression that Cape Echizen is where the King of Noodle Sake drinks a lot 😁. I avoided it because of its dry image, but I thought I could drink this one 😊. The top aroma is a bit like muscat. It has a sweetness, but also a robust umami and a freshness that is typical of nama-zake. It is a sake that will become more addictive with each sip. It seems to be sweeter after 3 days.

Hello, bouken! I have been drinking Echizenmisaki! I've been wanting to buy this sake but never got around to it. I'm more and more curious about its fresh and robust flavor 😊.

Good evening, bouken🌛. As a resident of Fukui, I'm very happy that you can drink away from Fukui 😁. I think the store you're buying from is probably the most remote one ✨. Actually, it's very close to the Kuroryu Brewery.

Thank you, Gyve 😊I'll find another opportunity to get it since my family is mad at me right now because our booze is stuck in traffic 😤.

Hi Hirupeko 😃 It's a draft sake but it tastes better at room temperature, so I think it's the type of sake you might like 😊. I think there might still be some left at takimoto so you could try there 🤔.

Hi Gyve 😃 There are quite a few breweries in Fukui that I haven't had yet, so I'd like to find one and try it 😋. I used to drink Boshimaya too and I thought it was great when you said it was almost Russian 😳.

I didn't know they had raw Kinshari 😳 I bought it at Takimoto on the way back from Shoreki-ji Temple. It has a gassy feeling. Pineapple-like tropical flavor, sweet but sharp and dry. The end is quite bitter and fades out with a pleasant acidity and sharpness. When the gas is gone, you can feel a little bit of chemical taste. But it feels sweeter after the gas is gone.

The one I brought to Hanshin Department Store but couldn't buy because it was sold out. I bought it at Takimoto during the New Year holidays😊. It doesn't say, but according to the internet, it looks like it's unfiltered raw sake. Slightly effervescent, tropical fruit-like sweetness. Sake that seems to be a fusion of modern nuances, complexity, and a strong sense of sake. It also has a strong acidity.

Good evening, bouken🦉. I like the 1859 Nama Sake... ❣️ recently there are more and more modern sake with Yamahai, Bodhi Hashiro, etc. 😊I hope there will be more of them because they are easy to drink and full-bodied 😁.

Purchased at Takimoto on the way back from Shoreki-ji Temple to Kyoto. It is a plain sake without any information on the rice polishing ratio. When you put it in your mouth, it has a fine gas feeling and is very lively. It has a fresh, rummy, sweet flavor and a slightly heavy alcohol taste. The acidity is reminiscent of lemonade. The alcohol content is high, but it is also easy to drink. A little bit of bran-like flavor. It has a lactic acid-like aroma, which made me curious about it. It also seems to be a four-stage brewing process. It's an interesting hybrid of modern and classic sake. The classic label is also nice. This is a bargain. I'm glad I bought the Las 1 😋. Looks like it was originally limited to Kagawa Prefecture.

bouken . Hello 😀 I had Sanuki Kuraudai before and was impressed by the delicious adult calpis 😀. Since then, I've been looking for a chance to try a regular Kawatsuru, but I haven't seen it yet, so it must be a rare sake!

Hello bouken😄 That's a solid compliment, I'm curious 🤔. There is a saying, "If you want to know the brewery, drink the ordinary sake first. I think this sake might be a good example of Kawatsuru's quality. ☺️

Hi Aladdin ☀☀☀☀. I heard that this sake is sold in local supermarkets, but they are experimenting with it, positioning it as a challenge sake 😁, so it might be a little special specs even though it is a regular sake 🤔.

I found a sake I had never seen before at Takimoto, so I bought this one from among several varieties they had. There were very few bubbles in the glass. But there was no gassy feeling. The initial aroma was of rice and a trace of melon. It has a graininess and a trace of sweetness and spiciness. It's more refreshing than I expected. Maybe it is the type that is better served warmed? The bitterness and astringency seem to stay in the mouth for a long time. I think it's better to drink it a little later than when it's fresh out of the fridge. It's basically dry, but not the type I don't like. It's great with food. It is easier to drink after a few days as the bitterness becomes less pronounced. I thought it was more like a classic, as Kotori wrote in her review.
Japanese>English

I was a little worried 😅I didn't try heating it up for a few days to find out what the bitter and astringent taste on the palate was... but I guess it's possible if it's a food sake 🤗.

Hello Kotori 😃 The one I bought didn't have the date on it either 🙄 so it's a mystery if that's the policy or they forgot to print it 🤔. In the end I didn't try heating it up either 😅

Drinking at home🎶. A long time ago, Pon-chan at Sake-no-wa told me about the arrival of Sogapale and I dashed out to buy it. I wonder if it has a super maniac aroma because it's overdue for quality storage. Is the aroma and taste like shinmasa, is it the 6-row yeast or the taste of the sake yeast, sourness, I'm not a fan of sour type, but it's delicious 😁.

I visited and purchased again the week after I went to Takimoto for the 0th meeting offline. This is the first time for me to return home. Slightly effervescent, sweet and sour. It is -15 on the sake scale, but it is not extremely sweet. There is a candy, caramel, or vanilla-like sweetness in the back. A slightly unique sweet and tasty sake. It also has a lactic acidity. A slightly habitual sweet sake?

Unexpected release of aluminum can cups from Tazake! I bought it at Takimoto where I went to the 0th off-line meeting. From the beginning, my target was this sake. Almost everyone else must have bought it too 😁. Fruity, peachy flavor. Ricey and gently sweet. I appreciate that I can drink this amount of sake, which is expensive for 4 gou. I wish they would make a 1-gou can of Shinmasa or something like that.

Purchased at Takimoto, where I went to the 0th meeting of the offline meeting. Until now, Yamadanishiki has been used for the multi-acid yeast, but this time Yamada and Omachi were released. The rice polishing ratio is 70%. When poured into a glass, it has fine bubbles. It is sweet and sour, but a little dry. I heard that "henohenomoheji" means using rice from their own rice fields. The logo on the cap has been changed, but it's still cute with the henohenomoheji on it 😽.

It doesn't say it, but according to the official SNS, it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. The rice is Yumegokochi. It is a bit dry, sweet and sour, and has a very pleasant bubbling sensation. The fizziness is very pleasant. It has a low alcohol content and a gentle taste. It is a bit like Greffl. Sweet and bitter. Seems to have diminished bitterness after 3 days. Third one, I've got a hoshizumi recommendation 🤣.

A sweet sake from a brewery that makes dry sake. Purchased at Takimoto. When I opened the bottle, it was automatically stirred 😁. It's quite sweet and sour. But it also has the feeling of a heavy sake. I bought it by the packet, but it was delicious. But it has a strong alcohol taste and a little bit of a habit. I heard that the label is written by the brewer, but the content of the label is different every year. It tastes like when you light fireworks or incense sticks.

I've had Hatsuhinode and Haneda, but this is the first time I've had Dehatsu. 🐰🐰🐰 Went to Takimoto for the first time this year and bought it. Fresh and slightly effervescent. Sweet and tasty to crisp and spicy and sharp. Personally, I like it. Nemuchi mentioned this in his review, and I commented on it myself, but I wonder if it's right to call it dry. I think there are people who would avoid buying it because of that. I think people who don't like dry taste would like it, but people who like dry taste might not like it enough. The reason I didn't buy it until now is because it says "dry" on the label. I think that's why I didn't buy it before. I think it's not enough for those who like it dry. It becomes like a fruity dry wine after a while after opening.
