A long time ago, Pon-chan at Sake-no-wa told me about the arrival of Sogapale and I dashed out to buy it.
I wonder if it has a super maniac aroma because it's overdue for quality storage.
Is the aroma and taste like shinmasa, is it the 6-row yeast or the taste of the sake yeast, sourness, I'm not a fan of sour type, but it's delicious 😁.
