I don't know if this is for the Olympics or not.
I bought it because I heard it is a Hare sake brewed once every four years.
It is sweet and has some ginjo aroma, but
I also taste bitterness.

Aroma is a bit pungent. Mellow and soft. Creamy. Dry. Lingering rather than sharp. Great with homemade grilled salmon 😋. It is soft and warming. Also good with grilled sea bream.
