This is the first time I drank sake mother pressed. It tastes strange and you can feel the lactobacillus when you drink it 😊 A little bit makgeolli-like.

It has a sensation of rising from zero on the palate. Although it is said to be dry, it has a sweetness at the beginning.
The acidity is clean. There is no sense of a nose-bleeding sensation, and the taste is light. The aftertaste is also acidic and fades quickly.

It was a thin sweet, clean type 😙.
Salty and slurpy.
Compared to the Kanji label version, I found it to be more refreshing and less dull in taste 😁.

Here is the 10th cup of Uosen.
My wife says I can feel the cocoa 🍫 for a moment 😅 maybe a little bit of maturity. Yellowtail cutlet, good but more filling than expected 😋.
