It has a sensation of rising from zero on the palate. Although it is said to be dry, it has a sweetness at the beginning.
The acidity is clean. There is no sense of a nose-bleeding sensation, and the taste is light. The aftertaste is also acidic and fades quickly.

It was a thin sweet, clean type 😙.
Salty and slurpy.
Compared to the Kanji label version, I found it to be more refreshing and less dull in taste 😁.

Here is the 10th cup of Uosen.
My wife says I can feel the cocoa 🍫 for a moment 😅 maybe a little bit of maturity. Yellowtail cutlet, good but more filling than expected 😋.

Slightly yellowish, muddy and clear with a hint of fine ooze. The aroma is sweet, reminiscent of custard cream. The intensity of the aroma is medium. The mouthfeel is fresh and smooth. The aftertaste is moderately lingering with a slightly strong astringency and a hint of bitterness. Refreshing sake.
When I quickly warmed it up, the full aroma increased, but the astringent taste became more pronounced, and a harshness appeared.
This sake is best served cold.
