I thought it was near the sea by the name image, but it is Eiheiji town 😅.
I have the impression that Cape Echizen is where the King of Noodle Sake drinks a lot 😁.
I avoided it because of its dry image, but I thought I could drink this one 😊.
The top aroma is a bit like muscat. It has a sweetness, but also a robust umami and a freshness that is typical of nama-zake. It is a sake that will become more addictive with each sip.
It seems to be sweeter after 3 days.

Hello, bouken! I have been drinking Echizenmisaki! I've been wanting to buy this sake but never got around to it. I'm more and more curious about its fresh and robust flavor 😊.

Good evening, bouken🌛.
As a resident of Fukui, I'm very happy that you can drink away from Fukui 😁.
I think the store you're buying from is probably the most remote one ✨.
Actually, it's very close to the Kuroryu Brewery.

Thank you, Gyve 😊I'll find another opportunity to get it since my family is mad at me right now because our booze is stuck in traffic 😤.

Hi Hirupeko 😃
It's a draft sake but it tastes better at room temperature, so I think it's the type of sake you might like 😊.
I think there might still be some left at takimoto so you could try there 🤔.

Hi Gyve 😃
There are quite a few breweries in Fukui that I haven't had yet, so I'd like to find one and try it 😋.
I used to drink Boshimaya too and I thought it was great when you said it was almost Russian 😳.
