One day in January, it was quietly displayed in a Takimoto store. I didn't buy it, but Sogape was there too.
I didn't think I'd ever be able to buy a bottle of Katsikoma sake 😳.
The aroma is a bit fruity and banana-like.
It also has a peachy sweetness to it.
The alcohol content is high, but I can feel a bit of minerality and a watery, refreshing feeling. It also has a freshness and roughness that is typical of nama-shu.
I'm happy just to be able to drink this precious sake.
After almost a week, the spiciness has diminished and it's flat and easy to drink.

There are stores that sell sogape, but the way they sell it varies. Some stores only sell it to their regular customers, some stores post it on their Instagram, some stores sell it without any notice like this time, etc. 🤔It's also hard to buy it without standing in line💦.

I don't know why it's in hiragana, but the junmai nama sake that will be released in March seems to be Katsuma in kanji 🤔.
They don't usually have it in the store so maybe if you ask the staff they might be able to get it for you?
