I found a sake I had never seen before at Takimoto, so I bought this one from among several varieties they had. There were very few bubbles in the glass. But there was no gassy feeling. The initial aroma was of rice and a trace of melon. It has a graininess and a trace of sweetness and spiciness. It's more refreshing than I expected. Maybe it is the type that is better served warmed? The bitterness and astringency seem to stay in the mouth for a long time. I think it's better to drink it a little later than when it's fresh out of the fridge. It's basically dry, but not the type I don't like. It's great with food. It is easier to drink after a few days as the bitterness becomes less pronounced. I thought it was more like a classic, as Kotori wrote in her review.

Drinking at home🎶. A long time ago, Pon-chan at Sake-no-wa told me about the arrival of Sogapale and I dashed out to buy it. I wonder if it has a super maniac aroma because it's overdue for quality storage. Is the aroma and taste like shinmasa, is it the 6-row yeast or the taste of the sake yeast, sourness, I'm not a fan of sour type, but it's delicious 😁.

Unexpected release of aluminum can cups from Tazake! I bought it at Takimoto where I went to the 0th off-line meeting. From the beginning, my target was this sake. Almost everyone else must have bought it too 😁. Fruity, peachy flavor. Ricey and gently sweet. I appreciate that I can drink this amount of sake, which is expensive for 4 gou. I wish they would make a 1-gou can of Shinmasa or something like that.

Purchased at Takimoto, where I went to the 0th meeting of the offline meeting. Until now, Yamadanishiki has been used for the multi-acid yeast, but this time Yamada and Omachi were released. The rice polishing ratio is 70%. When poured into a glass, it has fine bubbles. It is sweet and sour, but a little dry. I heard that "henohenomoheji" means using rice from their own rice fields. The logo on the cap has been changed, but it's still cute with the henohenomoheji on it 😽.

It doesn't say it, but according to the official SNS, it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. The rice is Yumegokochi. It is a bit dry, sweet and sour, and has a very pleasant bubbling sensation. The fizziness is very pleasant. It has a low alcohol content and a gentle taste. It is a bit like Greffl. Sweet and bitter. Seems to have diminished bitterness after 3 days. Third one, I've got a hoshizumi recommendation 🤣.

A sweet sake from a brewery that makes dry sake. Purchased at Takimoto. When I opened the bottle, it was automatically stirred 😁. It's quite sweet and sour. But it also has the feeling of a heavy sake. I bought it by the packet, but it was delicious. But it has a strong alcohol taste and a little bit of a habit. I've had Hatsuhinode and Haneda, but this is the first time I've had Dehatsu. 🐰🐰🐰 Went to Takimoto for the first time this year and bought it. Fresh and slightly effervescent. Sweet and tasty to crisp and spicy and sharp. Personally, I like it. Nemuchi mentioned this in his review, and I commented on it myself, but I wonder if it's right to call it dry. I think there are people who would avoid buying it because of that. I think people who don't like dry taste would like it, but people who like dry taste might not like it enough. The reason I didn't buy it until now is because it says "dry" on the label. I think that's why I didn't buy it before. I think it's not enough for those who like it dry. It becomes like a fruity dry wine after a while after opening.

This sake is only available at the end of the year. It is rare to find a Hououmida with active nigori. I didn't get it the previous year, but this time I got the last one. The aroma is very nice. It has a beautiful and elegant atmosphere. It has a gentle sweetness, and the sweetness and bitterness seem to be at odds with each other. It is said to be an active nigori, but it is not vigorous at all😅. Jun-dai sake with 40% rice polishing ratio is not suited to be a vigorous sake.

It is said to be the sake that helped Toyobai become a nationwide success. This is my second visit to Toyobai itself after a long absence. The rice is Hanafukuyuki, and it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. The aroma is mild, but there is a sweet atmosphere. It is fresh and has a strong sweetness from the rice. The mouthfeel is clean and light. It may not be because it is an Aomori sake, but it also has an apple-like sweetness. The second half of the bottle has a crisp, alcoholic taste. I think I prefer the junmai ginjo I drank before.

I've had Kanazawa-ya from the same brewery at an outing, but this is my first time drinking it. I had never heard of rice called "Takaneminori" before. It has a fresh aroma with a hint of cemedine. The impression is that it fades out after a pause from the refreshing feeling, followed by a gutsy sweet flavor. It is a new sake, but it has a strong umami.

I had the impression that sake made with Asahi rice was sweet, but this one is a light and dry type, which is unusual for a kafuda-shu as it says. It has a clean, traditional dry taste, but the aroma and flavor are modern and muscat-like. Perhaps due to the low alcohol content, it is dry, but it has a gentle taste.

I saw it at Takimoto and bought it because it was reasonably priced for a kamikura. According to information from various sake retailers, it seems to be a new product. It is gorgeous and fruity. Slightly effervescent. It has a sweet atmosphere, but I don't think it's a very sweet type. The second half is quite spicy. But the bottle is as cool as ever.

When I went to Takimoto, I saw Yamamoto's Setagaya Blue and Aka Kido lined up in a row, but this is the one I bought along with Kudokitoe, the example. It is Masumi no Kura. It was written that only 4 shops in Kansai deal in it, but I have never seen it anywhere but Takimoto. Miyasaka Jungin Aa no mama🎵 Junko Gumi J.G.
