This sake is only available at the end of the year. It is rare to find a Hououmida with active nigori. I didn't get it the previous year, but this time I got the last one. The aroma is very nice. It has a beautiful and elegant atmosphere. It has a gentle sweetness, and the sweetness and bitterness seem to be at odds with each other. It is said to be an active nigori, but it is not vigorous at all😅. Jun-dai sake with 40% rice polishing ratio is not suited to be a vigorous sake.

Purchased at Takimoto's. It's been on the market for a little while, but they had some left. Rice is 100% Ishikawa-mon. It was quiet when I opened it, but when I stirred it, it almost sputtered. It is dry with strong gas. The sweetness comes first, but the bitterness is stronger. It has a solid rice flavor.

It is said to be the sake that helped Toyobai become a nationwide success. This is my second visit to Toyobai itself after a long absence. The rice is Hanafukuyuki, and it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. The aroma is mild, but there is a sweet atmosphere. It is fresh and has a strong sweetness from the rice. The mouthfeel is clean and light. It may not be because it is an Aomori sake, but it also has an apple-like sweetness. The second half of the bottle has a crisp, alcoholic taste. I think I prefer the junmai ginjo I drank before.

I've had Kanazawa-ya from the same brewery at an outing, but this is my first time drinking it. I had never heard of rice called "Takaneminori" before. It has a fresh aroma with a hint of cemedine. The impression is that it fades out after a pause from the refreshing feeling, followed by a gutsy sweet flavor. It is a new sake, but it has a strong umami.

I had the impression that sake made with Asahi rice was sweet, but this one is a light and dry type, which is unusual for a kafuda-shu as it says. It has a clean, traditional dry taste, but the aroma and flavor are modern and muscat-like. Perhaps due to the low alcohol content, it is dry, but it has a gentle taste.

I saw it at Takimoto and bought it because it was reasonably priced for a kamikura. According to information from various sake retailers, it seems to be a new product. It is gorgeous and fruity. Slightly effervescent. It has a sweet atmosphere, but I don't think it's a very sweet type. The second half is quite spicy. But the bottle is as cool as ever.

When I went to Takimoto, I saw Yamamoto's Setagaya Blue and Aka Kido lined up in a row, but this is the one I bought along with Kudokitoe, the example. It is Masumi no Kura. It was written that only 4 shops in Kansai deal in it, but I have never seen it anywhere but Takimoto. Miyasaka Jungin Aa no mama🎵 Junko Gumi J.G. Aiyama🎵 😸😸😸😸😸 Light drink that matches the light gasiness. Tastes slightly like peach. Like a slightly carbonated peach natural water. Cute sake.

I couldn't afford it last year, but I got it again this year. I got in trouble and they said they wouldn't do it again. I stopped by Katsuragawa Aeon and then went to Takimoto and found it on the shelf at the entrance with good timing 😁. I dare not mention what you wrote. It is very fruity and sweet. The price is reasonable for the specs, so I guess it will be sold out soon. I thought it was Yamadanishiki, but when I looked closer, it turned out to be Yamadaho.

When I went to Takimoto, I suddenly felt like drinking a small bottle of nigori. It was the first time I bought Tsukitsukatsura since they changed the label to a fashionable one. Strong taste. Shuwa shuwa. I almost gushed out. The alcohol content is high, so the strong alcohol taste comes with a bang. The delicious taste of rice surges in. The sweetness is only slightly perceptible in the latter half of the bottle. Personally, I don't think it goes well with Tsuki no Katsura...

I was going to buy Uraharushika at Takimoto, which has a reputation for being low in alcohol, like pineapple or rum, but they were sold out of the 4-ounce bottle, so I bought this one, even though there was a line of Kafuda-shu and Toyo Bijin Hashu Honor. After that, I went to another store and bought a bottle of Triple Hatena. The label is now tattered😿. This is my first Kameizumi other than CEL-24. Takayuki 63 is a rice called Kaze Naruko. Juicy and robust ginjo aroma. A little banana-like. Fruity and sweet, but slightly spicy.

Gorgeous aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweet and delicious flavor bursting forth. It has a lingering aftertaste that lasts long after drinking. I came home after drinking Jishin Asahi, but I didn't drink enough, so I opened it. It's a type of summer sake with a lower strength than the regular version. I've been curious about it for a while, but this is the first time I've had Daijiro. It has a melon-like flavor and is more fruity than I expected. There is also quite a bit of acidity. It is a sake that is both light and drinkable. I wonder if it would be heavy and hard to drink if it were a normal spec. I'm wondering if it's in a similar vein to Kazuhaku. I've never had Ojiro, so I bought it, but it's from Takimoto, so maybe I should have gone for the instrument Masamune... I found a bottle of Tasake Kojonishiki on sale, but I've had it in the past (though the label had changed), so I passed it up and bought a bottle of Kafuda Sake's Sake Mirai

A fusion of sake and beer with hops added to sake? The aroma is citrusy. It tastes like grapefruit. The bitterness in the latter half is beer-like. When poured, the foam has a light pinkish color. After pouring, it looks almost transparent. I guess it tastes more like beer than sake. The taste is not bad, but the price is high, so I'll just stick with beer or sake.

When I heard from Kitajima that it was Aizan, I flew down to the liquor store! northern provinces sake made without added alcohol or sugar Aaiyamama🎵 traditional sake yeast mash starter Muroka. Aiyama🎵 It has a nice aroma, sweet and sour, and even though it's 70% polished, it's gorgeous and beautiful. It has a beautiful and gorgeous aroma, but it also has a strong and robust taste, so I felt it is a sake that can be enjoyed in many different aspects. I think it would be good lukewarm too. I wonder if the roughness in the latter half of the bottle is due to the absence of yeast additives. I think the gorgeousness of the first half comes from Aizan. It's more acidic or cute than when it was just opened.

This is my first numero un, and my first sake with No.1 yeast. Did it originate from Sakuramasamune? It's calmer than numero sis. It has a yogurt-like aroma. I can also feel the lactic acidity. Both are delicious, but I think I prefer numero sis. NumeroSys has a gassy taste, but Numeroan doesn't.
