Jiyugaoka ④ The next 4th drink is Takarayama Autumn Hitto Hi (one fire in autumn). This is also my first time drinking 🎉. What a simple and stylish label! It's refreshing and soft. And a bit lactic acidic? Gentle sweetness and sourness Slightly sweet and acidic, a little bit shwashy on the tongue.., For an autumn sake, is it a bit of a change of pace? Takarayama Shuzo has changed management and Takarayama Brewing has taken over the brewery? It seems that Takarayama Brewery has changed management and Takarayama Brewery has taken over the brewery? I drank too much yesterday! That's all for now!

Jiyugaoka 3) The third drink of the day was Shidaisen Junmai Ginjo Yaizu Yamadanishiki! This was my first drink 🎉. Clear and crisp! Not too sweet. Does it go well with food? It doesn't interfere with food. Of course, you can make a request at this restaurant, but the choice of alcohol is left up to the owner! Let's see what comes out 🤣.

Jiyugaoka 2 The second drink, Yokoyama😲. I think the owner of this place said before that we all have dry sake..., Here comes the Yokoyama ⁉️🤣 Yokoyama SILVER Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi! When I drink it, I knew it would be so 😉, sweet and sour! A little fresh💦. But this Yokoyama is not too sweet? I wonder if it's not too sweet? Surprisingly, this pattern is also possible? The owner said that Yokoyama used to make shochu, so the first time he made shochu, he was like, eh 🤣. Bai clam with vinegared miso

Good morning, Takashi 😃. Oh, it's Yokoyama! I was so sensitive to the fact that it's Yokoyama 🤩 and it looks delicious💕✨It's great that the owner leaves it up to you and you can get the drinks to go with the food ❣️ I would love to visit such a restaurant 🥰.

Jiyugaoka 1) Yesterday, after work, I went to a Japanese restaurant in Jiyugaoka with my junior colleagues 😘. This restaurant has an all-you-can-drink pattern with a course and all-you-can-drink sake. A little expensive? But it's delicious! The owner runs the restaurant by himself (with one assistant)............................ The first sake of the day was Garakudai Sake from Sado Island. I've had this Tsukishita before! Gentle sweetness, refreshing. A little dry? A little bit dry? It goes well with Japanese food. Anglerfish and mussels

I bought this at a liquor store near the station during a business trip to Sendai. Since I was in Sendai, I wanted to buy a Miyagi sake, Abekan KAERU🐸. I was curious about the unique and indescribable label 🤣It's a fusion of retro and pop! I was more like a mix 🤣(sorry!)........ ...but that's where it hit me: ⁉️ Drinking it,,, it's not quite what I expected 🤔. From the label, I thought it would be a bit more dry and traditional (my own imagination). Sweet and sour on the palate! It has a lot of sweetness, and then the acidity gradually comes out from the sweetness. A little apricot? Or is it plum? It has a strong taste and a low alcohol content of 13 degrees, this is a dangerous one 😆. Delicious 😋. But the unique label design and the frogs are still a mystery? 🧐. Is there a deep connection between Abe Kan and frogs?
Japanese>English

Good morning, Takashi 😃. This is Kochira Abekan! We got it last year too 🤗The label looks like a toad 😅but when you drink it, it's a sweet toad 🐸😋It says sweet senkou 😄.

Souvenirs from my wife's trip to Takamatsu (parents' home) - Shimanami Kaido (second son) - Izumo (daughter) again. This time we bought "Kaimyo", a sake from the Uwajima area in Ehime, which I'm drinking for the first time! My wife, who almost never drinks sake, always seems to have a hard time deciding what to buy 🤔She probably has never had it before (never seen it before, unusual patterned label, heard it's not sold in Tokyo), so she chooses it. Correct again this time 🎉 Not much check-in at Sake-no-wa? When you drink it, it's clear and soft I sense a gentle acidity Slight sweetness Clear and clean sake Quite delicious 😋. Yamadanishiki sake Really, there are a lot of sakes I don't know yet 🧐. The bonus is the Ozeki we had for lunch the day before yesterday! The day after our wedding anniversary was our eldest son and his wife's wedding anniversary, and the day after that was their parents' wedding anniversary, three days in a row 😝. Since their parents are in Kyushu, we joined our eldest son and his wife in Tokyo for a Chinese dinner in Ginza the day before yesterday, while our eldest son and his wife celebrated their first wedding anniversary. There were some Sake at the Chinese restaurant, but they had only Ozeki Sake, and I was hesitant to ask them to bring a bottle of it 😣. I decided not to upload this by itself 😭

I saw it at Sake-no-wa and wanted to try it, so I got it last month! Gensai When you put it in your mouth, it is sweet and sour, refreshing 🥳. The moment I took a sip, I muttered "Yes! and my wife laughed at me. 😆 and she laughed at me! Just a little embarrassed 🥴. It's gently sweet and a bit fruity? Not too sweet, so apple/pear type? Izakaya Shinkansen After three days of work in Yamaguchi, and a good response from the customers, all that's left is to enjoy Izakaya Shinkansen 🥳. But, as I had feared, there was no time for shopping 😱. All the box lunches in the souvenir shop were sold out! In the end, I got almost everything at the Seven inside the ticket gate. But since I could predict this situation, I bought a bottle of sake at the supermarket the day before yesterday. I usually go for two bottles of Sandesi, but I decided to go for one because I drank too much the day before 😝. A list of dishes Kirin Haruarekaze SANTOUKAI Chicken mayo pasta salad with sweet and spicy sauce Deep-fried tofu Rengon Tempura Shake and wakame seaweed Chicken fried chicken with mayonnaise Bundt cake SANTOUKA Honjozo I've had a few santouka, but this is my first! It's very robust. It leaves a tangy taste on the tongue. The alcohol content is only 15%, so it feels a little stronger. Does it have a hint of alcohol? But it's also a little bit strong. I'm closing up store in Shin-Osaka today 😂.

In Yamaguchi with a customer (3) What's next? I had a question "What's next?" but here's one I've had before Ki Special Junmai Of course, it is a little more sour and dry than the previous two. Slightly acidic, dry, and refreshing. And next, Ganki Mizunowa. This one is sweeter but refreshing and tasty. And then, Otters: Jiwari Sanbu! And the Otter Jiwari Sanbu! I might have never had it before! Sweet and sour and refreshing! A little sour? I guess the company name is now Otters 🤔. I got carried away and drank a bit too much for going with a customer😅. But for some reason, after a night's sleep, I feel refreshed in the morning 🥳.

(2) in Yamaguchi with a customer What would you like next? I was asked what I would like to eat next... and I chose Wakamusume The next one was Wakamusume Moegi (by the glass from here on). This is the first time to drink this! It was also sweet and sour and fresh! Clear, clean and delicious 😋. It's hard to take notes when you're drinking with the company of your bosses, much less the bosses themselves (which is always the case)! Grilled mackerel sushi, delicious 🥰.

Customer and Yamaguchi in (1) Yesterday, we had dinner with our customer's company in Yamaguchi. After a toast of beer, we moved on to sake. There is Kinjaku! I've been to quite a few izakayas around Shin-Yamaguchi, but I've only encountered this one once! Fresh! Shrewd! Both sweet and sour, pretty much. And well balanced. Delicious 😋. But Kinjaku doesn't have glasses or 1 gou, only 4 gou bottles 😳. Six of us had about a cup each. I think I drank half of the bottle by myself 😂.

On a business trip to Yamaguchi I started working for a company in Yamaguchi less than a year ago, and this time (3 days) was a bit of a climax? Yesterday, the first day, the client gave me a good evaluation 😘. I was going to have dinner with a client today, but I didn't know if I would drink sake, so I decided to go alone yesterday! So, I explored Shinsankuchi alone again 🧐. I went to a sushi restaurant for the first time. Among the major sakes from Yamaguchi, I thought, oops, I don't know this one 🤔, so I went for this one 😆. Kamishakaya Shion. Looks like a Choyo Fukumusume sake brewery! In the mouth, sweetness. And a little sourness. Quite tasty 😋. Softer and sweeter than the Choyo Fukumusume I've had so far? It's a little bit like Hagi, a little bit like Oriental beauty? It's a little bit more oriental beauty? And a little more clearly outlined? This sake is not on Choyo Fukumusume's website, and it's hardly on Sake-no-wa. I checked and it seems to be produced by a certain liquor store🤨. There are two more days to go, and that's all for yesterday. One more effort!

Masamune Instrument Masamune This off-dry is the first time I drink this off-dry. off-dry means slightly dry, between sweet and dry 🤔.... When I drink it, I feel sweetness. I feel a slight chilli on my tongue. It's unfiltered and unpasteurized, but it's still lit, right? But it's still freshness? Since I drank it last Tuesday, I went on a business trip and drank it outside. It seems to have mellowed, the freshness has faded, but the sweetness remains. It doesn't feel very dry-dry, but I guess that's the "slightly dry" part 🤨. But as I drink it, there is a little sourness in the soft sweetness, and the dryness is gradually coming out? It's kind of like off-dry 🥳. It's pretty good 😋. It seems that saury is well harvested this year. We also have saury 🐟🐟.

Yesterday was the annual event, tennis 🎾 ~ hot spring ♨️ ~ drinking 🍻 with my high school classmates in Shonandai. We went to the same restaurant we went to once before. After 3 beers at Onsen and this restaurant, it was time to move on to sake! Because we took her to Noge 😭, she stopped drinking 😭 asked me "Is Otter delicious?" I asked her if she wanted to try some. So we decided to try some Otter Sake. Soft sweetness Slightly lingering on the tongue A little sourness Clear, gentle and fruity Delicious, but something a little off? I don't care though... 😉. I don't remember this place serving a single-batch bottle like this. The next Hakkaisan was also served in a single-bottle! This one is a bit more sour. Izumibashi, Koshinoketora and others were made in tokkuri, I gave up on the picture😅. But we ordered 1 sake bottle at a time several times, and finished yesterday happily! Today, I went to Shonandai again after 8am, this time to meet my college friend and play tennis with his regular tennis team. Maybe I should have stayed the night instead of making the 2 hour round trip 🤣.

Soft and sweet! Delicious 😋. Beautiful sake! Anyway, this friend of mine was the one I hung out with the most when we were in college. But I never imagined that in our old age, we would be drinking sake together like this 🍶🥳. Sentori for the first time in a long time, attracted by the beautiful label 😆 Sparkler, my first drink 🎆. I thought it would be during August because of fireworks, but this is the right time! It's still hot, so OK 😝. The name evokes the fleeting nature of the end. It says on the back "Do you have any unfinished business in the summer?", I have a lot 😝 Maybe. First of all, I still feel the acidity. At first, I thought it would be very sour, but it's a gentle kind of sourness? It's soft. But on the second day, the sourness became even more pronounced? Is this taste unique? Sparklers at the end of summer, a slightly sour summer memory, I mean 🤣🤣thanks for the treat 😋. Refreshingly sour, crisp and refreshing in the mouth! I saw online that it is an assemblage of Modern Sentori Mukashi and Classic Sentori Mukashi (I've never had either of them)! (I've never had either of them 🤣)
