Yokohama Salmon Square (5) Event at Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse The next drink is also the first time to drink Tanzawa This time, Junmai Ginjo The door into Summer The label has a cat opening a door, and the back is more flashy, meaning there is summer inside the door 😆. I think the person who helped us (or was it the brewery staff?) said it was a blend of 4 different types of rice. I think the person who answered me (the brewer?) said it was a blend of 4 different types of rice, and the internet says there is a small amount of Wakamizu and Yamadanishiki blended in as a hidden flavor. When you drink it, does it leave a slight taste on your tongue? It seems to be a very robust sake for a summer sake. It's like "the sake"? I could go on, but I'll stop here. I drank too much yesterday, I went to 3 restaurants after the festival 🤣.

Good morning, Takashi! Sounds like a fun sake event 🎵. I don't get a chance to meet many sakes from Kanagawa Prefecture, so it's very helpful for me to see them 😋. Looks like you drank too much this time too 😁✨✨.

Takashi
Good morning, ma-ki-😊. I don't know if this is helpful, but I appreciate you saying so 🙏 I'll go on a bit more, but I also enjoyed it, especially the ones I've never had 🥰 although it was a bit too hot 💦.

Yokohama Salmon Square (4) Next is Matsumidori Summer Jun Dai! I've had Matsumidori before (I like it a lot), but this is my first time! 100% Omachi. A refreshing summer sake 💦 with a gentle sweetness that makes it easy to drink. Gently sweet and easy to drink. A little fruity, with a hint of sourness. This Matsumidori is also delicious 😋.

Takashi-san, thank you very much 😃. Midori Matsu would like to drink one too: ‼️ It would be nice to have a festival with Kanagawa sake all-stars 🤗.

Jay & Nobby, sorry for the delay 🙇. All the pine midori I've had have been delicious (even Ryo) 🥰 if you ever get the chance! I've never had such a good batch of Kanagawa sake, so it was fun 🥳.

Yokohama Salmon Square (3) The third sake was Iwao no Izumi! This is also my first time drinking at this brewery, so I decided to drink something I had never had before! It looks a little yellow. Is it more robust than the ones I've had so far today? A little classical? A bit classical? It's junmai ginjo, But I don't dislike the taste.

Yokohama Salmon Square (2) The next drink was Rainfall Ringo 77 I've had Amezure before, but this was my first time drinking it! Yamadanishiki sake that uses malic acid yeast. Green apple image? When you say it like that, I wonder if it's the sourness of apples. It's definitely sour, but it's not unpleasant. It's refreshing and just right on a hot day.

Yokohama Salmon Square (1) On Sunday, my high school classmate and I went to Yokohama Sake Square at the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse from 11:00 a.m. Stalls were mainly sake breweries from Kanagawa and neighboring prefectures. First, we started with a brewery I had never had a chance to try, Hakonezan Junmai Ginjo Blue Bottle It's hot, so it tastes good cold 🥳. A little sweet, not too much acidity? Light? Beautiful and easy to drink 😋. The brewery staff was there, so I was allowed to take their picture.

When I went to Yamaguchi a while ago (or was it the last time?) I bought this sake when I was in Yamaguchi a while ago (or was it the last time?). I wanted to try it, but I couldn't find it in the pubs and liquor stores around Shin-Yamaguchi Station (I bought it at Yuda Onsen). Miyoshi Blue Sake from Abu no Tsuru, the current owner seems to have revived his family's brewery 🤔great🎊. Sweet and sour but soft and silky? Not too sweet, but not all sour? A subtle balance? Slightly shwashy? Some kind of taste that you don't get with regular sake? Well, it's still delicious. It's a dangerous one that goes down smoothly 🥰.

Yokosuka - Miura ④ Yokosuka - Miura eating and walking with high school classmates (Noge drinking spin-off project?) This is the last one on this day! Kamidori Natsuatsurae Junmai This was also my first time drinking this sake! Sourness, and this one is also refreshing! It's like a summer sake with a sharpness: 🏝️ At the Miura Kaigan Station restaurant, we ate a variety of seafood other than tuna 😋. At my age, I never thought I would hang out with so many of my high school classmates 🤣. And my classmates from the first year of high school.

Good evening, ma-ki! I think this restaurant has a decent selection of sake, including some I haven't tried, but I think most of the sake was dry to match the fish and not to interfere with it. Yokosuka - Miura (1) Yesterday, I went out for a drink with my high school classmates! The second spin-off project of our usual Noge drinking party (the first one was "Which tastes better, fresh shirasu or kama-age shirasu? Enoshima Tour) This time, we are going to Yokosuka and Miura. Start with a boat ride on the military port tour in Yokosuka 🛳️ Then, we went to Dobutan Dori and had a Navy Burger 🍔! Quite hearty 😱! It's quite meaty! We moved on to Misaki Port and went to a tuna restaurant, Here, sake (Japanese sake) made an appearance! Takashimizu Tokubetsu Honjozo Nama-Shozo Clear and crisp! A little sourness! This is the kind of sake I like to drink with sashimi 🥰!

Izakaya Shinkansen 2 Sake (cold sake) on a hot day is dangerous 🤣! I thought I should be careful not to drink too much, so I decided to drink 350 beer instead of 500, which wasn't a good idea! I was in a hurry to buy some and got on the train, so I didn't have enough snacks..., Toyo Bijin Goddess of Summer Poem This is a stable version of the Junmai Daiginjo Nama Shu series, which is available for each of the four seasons (lol), when I was wondering what to drink on the way home. (But only one of the three Seven stores near the station sells it, I know.) Fresh when you drink it! This one is different from the Gobashi I just had! A little schwishy, a little sour afterwards. It's an oriental beauty, so of course it's sweet, fruity! This one is also delicious 😋. We haven't reached Kobe yet, but let's go for dessert! Pudding for some reason, and one I don't know much about! But it's pretty good, smooth! No caramel or anything in it, but I can go there 🥳 I had a good intuition, didn't I? At Shin-Osaka, lots of people got on, but still no one next to me 💪I was lucky to have a window seat for three 👍. This time, I got on just in time, and the sake was on draft, so it was nice and cold! Izakaya Shinkansen, successfully completed 🚄🚄. Almost to Nagoya 🚄!

Izakaya Shinkansen ①. After a business trip to Osaka, we moved to Yamaguchi. Drinking with customers in Osaka was mainly Italian meat dishes, no sake! We arrived at Shin-Yamaguchi late, so we decided to have a dinner party with our customer last night, but we will do it next time. Today, Saturday, I had to work, and when I was done, I rushed to Izakaya Shinkansen 😆. Today, just in time! No time for preparation (shopping), everything was procured at Seven 😖. Here's what we had. Haruarekaze (beer) Gobashi Toyo Bijin Cold fried white meat with Setouchi lemon sauce Salad roll Mateo's Smooth Pudding Crispy squid and nori tempura Gobashi Honjozo Nama Sake Full of flavor, It is chilled, but you can feel its richness and taste it! A little sweetness too! Sometimes I think that I like sake with alcohol too 😋. Gobashi has many kinds of sake, but this is one of my favorite so far.

Osaka Minamimorimachi Sub-Branch (3) I thought I would have two drinks on this day (yesterday), but the Spanish mackerel I had ordered didn't come out, so I had one more drink at the end of the day! Let's have a Kansai sake for the last one, too! Banshu Issen's Summer Spicy 🏖️ I've had super spicy sake, but I think this is the first time I've had summer spicy sake! It's crisp and dry, +10 degrees 🤣. It's crisp, refreshing, and summery! I finished the day like this! Today, I had a drinking party with my customers... Tomorrow, I'll move from Osaka to the next place for drinking? The day after tomorrow, we will go to Izakaya Shinkansen? The day after tomorrow, I'll be with my classmates, I may not drink sake, but I'm going to drink in a row (I really should have stopped drinking yesterday 😅).

Osaka Minami-Morimachi Sub-Branch (2) At a counter-only restaurant, choosing from the menu on the blackboard. Next up is another sake from the Kansai region, but narrowed down more to sake from Osaka! Kuninochou Frog Label This is a real first for me! First time at this brewery! The frog label is kawaii😘. But what are you implying? Banzai! Flip over? It's a mystery, The frog label is for a tank of unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered sake. Osaka Minami-Morimachi Sub-Branch (1) Two days of work in Osaka, overnight stay before work, so a light drink. A little fancy? Stand-up drinking place It's too hot for me, so I'll start with a draft beer 🍺. And sake? After all, it's the best sake in the Kansai region. Shinomine Rokumaru I thought I drank it, but I think it's my first time 🤔 I feel sourness and sweetness when I drink it. It's a fresh summer sake but a bit unique? How can I say? But delicious 😋. Tsubugai with wasabi, frozen crispy? It's pretty tasty!

Drinks with customers (2) The last drink of the day was NAGAMEBOSHI by Kirinzan. It is clear and has a sourness that is more pronounced than the so-called "light and dry" style. Overall, a clear and clean sake. I think the acidity was more pronounced with Enrai, but this one is more balanced. Why are we drinking with such a group of people? I'm thankful for this kind of relationship 🥰. But again, I drank too much 😂. I went out to drink with my clients too much even though it has nothing to do with my work 🤣. I'm going to go out with the 4 of us again next time. I'm having fun so it's not a problem at all 😘.

Drinking party with customers (1) Four of us, who know each other one by one but are a combination for the first time, went to a restaurant for the first time. Everyone (except myself 😂) is a big shot at their respective companies? I had this appointment earlier and then a job in Gifu came up, so I worked in Gifu until late afternoon and rushed over 🚄. This place seems to be mainly from Niigata and Sado Island. Everyone drinks a lot of sake, and the seating is in a private room-like area in the back, so I gave up asking the waiter to bring me a bottle every time! Plus, it was hard to take notes 😥. After the beer, we drank the following Hokusetsu Midorikawa Kirinzan Enrai Seisen This is the end of the all-you-can-drink course. After that, there was no end to the conversation and we went on to order more 🤣. Shigibari Tsuru Kin Label Daiginjo This is fruity and delicious! For the additional drinks that were not all-you-can-drink, the waiter brought us a bottle even if we didn't ask for it 🥳.

Gifu (2) Since we're here, let's have another drink 🥳. I was so confused... Shinsei No6 (R and S), Flax Cat, Jigin, OCEAN by Kangiku, etc... There are so many different kinds 🤯. But I thought I'd try something I've never had before at a place like this! St. EVOKE Yamada Nishiki EVOKE means "evoke", and many other things (sort of)! This one is fresher than the Tsushimaya. Not so much of a "shwash", but you can feel the acidity. But it's not what you call fresh sourness? I don't know how to describe it🤔. It's like a soft sour taste on the tongue. It's also delicious 😋.

Rice and Agave x Tsuchida Sake Brewery Rice and agave are not legally allowed to make sake. So, they asked Tsuchida to make sake. So they ask Tsuchida to make it for them. But why Tsuchida? 🤔I have no image at all,,, 😵‍💫 Apparently, they met when both of them went to Niimasa for training 😳 They've known each other for quite a long time. But I can't imagine what it tastes like at all, what does it taste like? Is it like craft sake? Or is it like a weird sake? Which is it? I thought they don't distribute #5 yeast anymore? Is it regular Sasanishiki, 90%, almost unpolished, like Tsuchida? And, Hmmm, I was curious about a lot of things and bought it 🤣. I think I'll go with this one now that I've got 600 check-ins 😝. It's mellow, sweet and tasty! In addition to the sweetness, there is a little sourness, sweet and sour? But not too sweet? Is it because of the sourness? Is it a little apricot-like? It's sweet, but when it's cooled down, it's refreshing and beautiful. Delicious 😋. I like it a lot 🥳. The outer bottle caps are Inabe and Agave, and when you take them off, there's a Tsuchida cap from the inside 🤣.
