I've been curious about Yamanoi since I saw it at Sake-no-wa, but I've never had it. A while ago, I found this one at a liquor store. But I bought it! Sour, fresh, with a little sweetness. It's definitely "soft, clean, easy to drink". Gentle taste 🥰. Does the label match the mood? And the yellow color reminds me of sourness. The next day, it got sweeter. Refreshing! A little sweet? I feel like it's a bit of a fruitiness, but not a sweet kind of fruitiness? But not sour (what the heck 🤣) Well, in the end, it's delicious 😋. And easy to drink, it goes down smoothly 🥳.

Good morning, Jay & Nobby😊. This was my first time in Yamanoi. The regular? I don't know, I haven't had the regular one, but this one had a beautiful acidity and was exactly what the label said it was 🥰.

Izakaya after tennis with high school classmates ③. We already started drinking from the hot spring after tennis, and we drank beer and sake at Izakaya, and then went to dry sake in the latter half (I'm getting confused now, so I'll summarize briefly 😅). Shichiken Furyun Miyama It's been a while since I've had Shichiken 😚. It's refreshing! Dry type, rice taste? Hatsuson Mazan This is my first time to drink Hatsu-son, The name conjures up images of cute grandchildren, but the sake is different 😠. Even when you drink it, it's dry! sharp! The last sake of the day was Izumihashi Megumi Blue Label! The last sake of the day was Izumihashi Megumi Ao Label, which is a local sake from Kanagawa and one of the standard ones. But this is my first time drinking Megumi Blue Label 😋. A little sourness A beautiful dry sake with a slight sourness. This time, two of my classmates participated in tennis for the first time! The circle is getting even wider and more fun 🥰.

Hi HinaHanaMama 😊. I really love sports with friends, resting my body in a hot spring, and drinking good sake 🥰 Thanks 🥂. I'm not an expert (lol) but when I drink a lot, for some reason I want to finish with a nice dry one 😋.

Izakaya (pub) after tennis with high school classmates Next, by Sonotomo Saku is a stable taste 😋. But this is my first time to try Kananochi! Clear, refreshing acidity Soft, clean and delicious! This izakaya is actually my second time here. The last time I came here, I was after having colon polyps removed and all I had was non-alcoholic beer and fried tofu, so I took my revenge! The snacks and food are pretty good too 🥰.

Izakaya (izakaya) after tennis with high school classmates The annual tennis, hot spring, and drinking party with high school classmates in Shonandai. After drinking mega beer and edamame at the onsen, we went to an izakaya (Japanese-style bar). After quenching our thirst with beer and other drinks, we went to an izakaya (Japanese-style bar), The first sake I drank was Hatsuzakura. I tried to make it spring-like. I wonder if this is the last sakura around here today. When I drink it, it feels soft? It has a sweetness to it, but it's also refreshing and fresh! The alcohol content is 17%, but it is easy to drink 😋.

With customers in Shinbashi (9) This is the last time,, Shinsei flax cat came out 🤩. Elegant? Sour taste, white malted rice Delicious 😋. refreshing It is a big hit with everyone 🎊 Two of the four people in this event were the section chief of a customer's company that I have been working with for about 15 years, another was the general manager above him, and another was the managing director above him, who was the general manager of the headquarters. I had the opportunity to work with them in various capacities. I am grateful to have them as friends now. I had a hunch, but I drank too much yesterday 🤣🤣.

With customers in Shinbashi (8) As the story goes? Shinsei was served 🤩. I don't think it was in the all-you-can-drink...oh well, of course it's good 🥳. I've never had Viridian before. Sourness, and fresh! A little lingering on the tongue? Delicious 😋. And for some reason, I compared the 23 year old and the 24 year old! The 23 year old is even softer and the 24 year old is fresher! I think it's the chili feeling (of course 🤣).

It seems to be a limited edition sake for the cherry blossom season! Sweet, fruity and elegant! A little dry and sweet. Soft, gentle and sweet! Delicious 😋! I didn't know Ehime had such a sake! It was well received by the other members! Why did you recommend this to the master? I asked the master why he recommended it, and he gave me a good answer, but I forgot what it was about 🤣. The tiered Japanese paper on the label is supposed to represent Mt. Ishizuchiyama behind Saijo. ⛰️ That's all for today,

This is the first time I've had Gikyo warmed up. This one's possible, too. It's quite dangerous 🚧. This pace is not good! With customers in Shinbashi (1) Today, we had a drinking party with (former) customers. We went to a restaurant in Shinbashi that has a pretty good selection of Japanese sake, Dangerous premonition First, we found a unique sake 😁Mai Bijin, which I was curious about from the information of Sake no Wa! First time to drink it! The master (owner) told me it's pretty sour 😅 When I drank it, it was like it wasn't sake at all! What is acidity 8? 😱. It has a strong acidity, like wine 🥂. Other people wanted to try it too, so they drank a little at a time and cheered "What the hell is this! ? 🤣. But this one is delicious 😋. The extra photo is of the aperitif sake, sake matcha.

A while ago, on my way back from visiting a customer in the Odakyu line area, I decided to drop by a liquor store in this area for the first time. What caught my eye that day was Wagamichi. I was curious about it, but I had never had it before. Wagasuji, in Dogen's words, means to become one with oneself and one's time. And it seems to be aiming for the neo-classic.......pretty philosophical drink? I'm not sure... When you drink it, it's refreshing! Not too sweet, I guess. More like a dry type? It says that the sweetness of the rice is enhanced if the temperature is slowly warmed up to around 50 degrees, so I warmed it up a little and found it to be mellow with a nice aroma 🥰. So, after a business trip, I drank it, It's softer, sweeter and tastier! The clearness is still there.

Shin-Yamaguchi business trip (4) Shinkansen continuation Izakaya Shinkansen Modo 😆 on the Shinkansen returning from Shin-Yamaguchi Today's menu (lol) Yakitori bento (I accidentally ate yakitori yesterday too) Nankotsu tempura (Ube fish paste, a specialty of this area?) Honey Mustard Salad with Eggs and Carrots (I was surprised to see this new product at Seven) Taka Daiginjo Cake (I heard it has a lot of Taka in it 🍶) Nankotsu-ten, surprisingly tasty with a crunchy texture 😘. Not good! I think I'm going to finish my beer and Sandesi before I get to Okayama😱. Here comes the Otter Otter, polished to 30% and 90%, just in case! It's one gou and I need to slow down! I feel like it's been a while since I've had an Ottersai. I knew this one was sweeter. Beautiful, of course, and gently sweet! I wonder if this one is better cold sake? The Ki (cake) really does say sake (Ki Daiginjo) in the ingredients on the back 🤣. How about the combination of the last dessert (Ki Daiginjo cake) and Otters? The cake is moist and tastier than it looks, I feel like I like 🥰 sake, but I'm drinking so much 🤣. Another enjoyable business trip, albeit for work (and I did my job well, I think 😁). So, I closed up store in front of Kyoto! Thanks for the food 🙇.

Shin-Yamaguchi business trip (3) Shinkansen On the way back from Shin-Yamaguchi, I visited Izakaya Shinkansen after a long time 😆. Drinking Sandesi that I got yesterday at Kinko's Sake Brewery, I asked if they had 300ml of this at the brewery yesterday. I asked if they had a 300ml bottle of the Junmai Ginjo that I bought in a 4-quart bottle, so I asked if they had a different one. The one they brought out was still freshly made! The label was still fresh! I was so excited 😁. I told him it was fine if it didn't have a label on it (it's rare), but he said no, he called someone and went to the trouble of putting it on (thanks 🙇 ). mountain travel, water travel, and water travel A little sweet and sour. I remember that the last time I drank it, it was a little more dry and refreshing, maybe because it was cold sake. But this one is not so called sweet, but I can feel the sweetness of the rice. It's a nice taste! This time, I brought a glass (ochoko size) as a strong helper 🤣🤣. The possibility of having someone next to you increases as you go from Hiroshima to Okayama to Kobe. I'm a bit nervous😅😅

I was able to get in because of the early hour🎊. First, I had a beer, Ohmine 3Grain Sweet and refreshing! Delicious 😋. A little fruity Maybe a little sweet, but not too sweet, Ohmine is delicious. Yakitori was good, but the chicken yukke was delicious 😘 grilled rice balls were great too! I thought about going for another drink, but I've had a tasting at the brewery and I have work tomorrow, so that's it for this day.

Shin-Yamaguchi business trip (1) Kanemitsu Brewery The day before, I had no special plans, so I arrived in Yamaguchi a little early and went to the Kinko's Sake Brewery (one stop from Shinzanguchi), which I thought would be a good place to visit. I was allowed to sample some 🍶 and was told to "take your pick from this list" 😆! I was so excited 😆. Nigori First impression, dark! This cloudy dark! Of course it is sweet! Junmai Ginjo Beautiful, delicious, soft acidity and sweetness! ZORRO This is another beautiful sake, but a little different from Junmai Ginjo. It has more acidity and fruity taste than Junmai Ginjo. Daiginjo Even clearer and more beautiful. I had called in advance (but an hour before) and felt bad that the person at the brewery had to deal with me. But they treated me well! 🙇. The nigori and junmai ginjo are new sake, and the other sake are this year's. The bottles are ready, but will be bottled after tomorrow. It's ready, but they say it will be bottled after tomorrow. I bought a freshly made Junmai Ginjo because I wanted to try it. There were also some other rare sake (aged sake) that I couldn't decide which to buy.., I also bought a 300ml bottle for the Shinkansen at Izakaya. I also bought a 300ml bottle for the Shinkansen (bullet train).

Yesterday, my wife finally came home from the kids' place last week, so we had lunch together and then went to a neighborhood park to see cherry blossoms. In the evening, we had a gathering (drinking party) to plan a class reunion with my classmates from my college seminar. Five of us got together in Shibuya for 3 hours of all-you-can-drink at an Australian restaurant. After drinking beer🍺 and wine🍷, we decided to go to one more pub (we wandered into an unknown restaurant) The first drink I had was a silver disc, my first time drinking it. Clear, clear. It was refreshingly sweet and easy to drink, more like a dry wine. After that, everyone started drinking sake, so we ordered 2 bottles each of Teisho, Hakuryu, Shichiken, etc. 😝. We had too much fun drinking yesterday as usual 😂.

A while ago, I got off the train on my way home from work and went to stop at a liquor store, but it was closed 😭. Since I got off the train on the way, I was wondering if there was a liquor store nearby. I googled and found one! A place I've never been to before. As I was wandering around, I saw Shinshu Kamerei in the refrigerated case! 😳 I've been wanting to drink it, but never came across it, but never thought I'd find it here! 🤩 So much, they usually have it on the shelf? And there is only one bottle! I was terrified that someone would reach out from the side and take it, so I quickly took it and went to the cashier. I asked the cashier, "Do you always have Shinshu Kamerei here? He said, "We come in every once in a while, but they sell out quickly, so we have customers. I felt lucky 🥳I wanted to drink it right away, but since it was so special, I thought I would wait a little longer and get it for my birthday! I thought I would wait a little longer and drink it on my birthday, but then I got a birthday gift of sake or something, so I decided to give priority to that on my birthday (and Shinshu Kamerei doesn't run away). And then I finally decided to drink it🥰. Shinshu Kamerei Yamae Nishiki Unfiltered Nama-shu A little schwashy in the mouth! It feels fresh! Gentle sweetness is gradually felt, not too sweet! This is delicious 😋! I can see why it is so popular! May you be lucky enough to come across it again💘
