TakashiContinuing (and final) reunion with an old customer The last of this restaurant is South. Clear sake, acidic, goes well with food. The lady who served me said, "We're almost out, so just take a sip and we'll fill it all up." I took a sip, but there was still some left, so I took another sip (two total) and she served me another glass. I took a sip, but there was still some left, so I took another sip (total of two sips) and she poured me another. I went to one more restaurant after that, but I don't have any information left to post.......,

ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Takashi 😃. Drinking out at a Japanese restaurant to warm up old friendships! Nice place 😊That looks like a good place to have a good snack 😍and the two sips service is great 😋. You drank so much that you didn't have any leftover 😆.

TakashiThank you Jay & Nobby ✨ We had a delicious and fun time 😊. I'm a simple person and when I'm served a little bit, I feel good 😆. But the problem is that I can't taste it anymore lol.

Hoyoはるなごみ純米原酒

TakashiContinued reunion with old customers Next, there was a spring sake corner, so I tried one I hadn't had yet... Hoyo, Haru Nagomi What a nice name and label. It was a little sweet, with a hint of sourness. We had a good conversation after a long time, but my notes on the sake were not very good.

TakashiContinued reunion with old customers Next drink is the moon after the rain. I think this is probably the first time I've had it. It is said to be a refreshing sake and dry, but I don't think it feels that dry. It has a hint of sweetness in the clear taste. Serve with nameko mushrooms as a side dish.

Hakurakusei特別純米

TakashiA former customer contacted me for the first time in 8-10 years, and we met up in Akihabara for drinks after work yesterday. At first, he invited me to a beer hall, but in fact, I had been to a beer hall the day before yesterday for another customer's company get-together, so we went to a Japanese-style restaurant. First (after two beers), we went to Hakurakusei. When you put it in your mouth, the first impression is that it is soft It is slightly sweet and fruity. It is the type that goes down smoothly!

Hokusetsu純米

TakashiSake from Sado Island. Hokusetsu Sweetness in the mouth When I say sweetness, I mean the taste of rice (sweetness). This is Gohyakumangoku A little bit strong taste And a little sourness. Maybe it's because it's at room temperature, but it's soft. I like it. This time it was a bottle, which is unusual for me. Usually I carry a four-pack bottle in my backpack on my bicycle. The last time my daughter came home, I rented a car to pick her up at the airport and go shopping. I don't really need it, but sometimes when I drive, I feel like I have to buy a bottle! I think, "I have to buy a bottle!

Kazenomori山田錦 807 無濾過無加水 生酒純米

TakashiYesterday, I went to a customer's place and on my way home, I got it at a liquor store nearby! The liquor store near my house (Tachi) doesn't carry Wind Forest. It is supposed to be careful when opening the bottle, but it is not that bad, a little shpoom! Slight carbonation in the mouth A little sourness on the nose. It's fruity, but the acidity is not that strong, so in that sense, it's definitely banana? It's fresh and refreshing, but not too much in that direction. Lately, wherever I go for work, I end up looking for a liquor store in the neighborhood 😁. This time, I went to a place where they were pushing for Kaze no Mori...this time, 80% polished Yamadanishiki. Next time, I'll try a different pattern!

Hanagaki越の雫 純米無濾過生原酒純米

TakashiRiding my bike to the liquor store, where I went once before. This place has a donkey-like atmosphere with a Showa-era feel? (Sense of exploration) I somehow chose it, Hanagaki, which I had never had before. Koshinoshizuku, the first in a series of different rice varieties. It's supposed to come out every three months. It's fresh, like an unfiltered raw sake! It has a fruity acidity. You can also taste the sweetness of the rice. This is delicious! And it's also very cost-effective. This restaurant has a high chance of hitting the mark (in my opinion).

Kirei亀香純米大吟醸

TakashiThis is a souvenir from my wife's trip to Shimanami Kaido where my second son lives. At first, I feel a little sourness, but I think it's a refreshing taste. I have the impression that the rice-like sweetness gets stronger and stronger. It tastes better as you drink it than the first sip.

Naraman酒未来純米吟醸

TakashiIn February or March, I received a notice that I had expired frequent flyer miles, and I thought, "I don't plan to fly in the immediate future, and it's not that big of an amount... I thought to myself, "Oh well, it's not that big of an amount! I thought to myself, "Let's make it alcohol! I ordered a bottle of Nara-man Sake Mirai, which I had never had before. I've never had it before. I've never had it before. Soft acidity at first, fresh. Sweetness (but not too sweet, of course) Well balanced. Delicious 😃.

TakashiIt means that Kurumata Shuzo blended Tengumai with Noto Hatsusakura Honjozo by Sakurada Shuzo, which was completely destroyed by the earthquake (reconstruction assistance). At first, soft and refreshing on the palate. Sake-like? (Honjozo-like?) This is delicious. As you drink it, you start to taste a little sourness and bitterness. A circle of thanks to those who work hard and support The name Hatsuzakura is very seasonal. The day before yesterday, I had to work in Gifu from the afternoon, so I left early in the morning and stopped by Inuyama Castle (not skipping work, lol). The cherry blossoms were just beautiful. It started raining afterwards, so I just barely made it! Some photos from that time.

FusanokangikuOCEANE99 空海 Inflight 一度火入無濾過原酒

TakashiSomehow, springtime brings a choice of spring-like sake. (A simple customer, just as the seller intended.) Sono Shangiku OCEANE99 Kukai It was pushewy even before opening the bottle! Sweetness and sourness in the mouth. It is fresh! But neither too sweet nor too sour. Delicious. Of course, each liquor store has its own color. This liquor store seems to have a good selection of Kangiku, Eiko-Fuji, and Koshi. The cherry blossoms along the riverside bike path are almost in full bloom.

SaikaSPRING 'S YELL 春 辛口(生酒)吟醸

TakashiI had an image of spring sake as being a bit sweet, but I bought one called dry. Zoka Spring Ale It is indeed dry, but not sweet. It has a sour taste and a slight stimulation on the tongue. It passes through the nose. It was a little cold, so I tried drinking it lukewarm. The acidity changes. But I think cold sake is more like it. The shoulder paste is supposed to resemble a necktie, as it is a call for a fresh start in spring and a shout out to working people.

Shisora綿あめラベル純米吟醸

TakashiI drank too much the day before yesterday, so I took yesterday as a rest day and today, low alcohol! This should be perfect 😁. Purple Space Cotton Candy Label It seems to be a limited edition low alcohol (9 degrees) sake from the once-a-year challenge tank. Open the rather bulky lid. When the bottle is opened, it is a splash! It is indeed sweet, with some sourness. But it doesn't taste like cotton candy. Maybe it's a little like plum wine. Sweet and sour. It's 9 degrees alcohol by volume, and it goes down smoothly, but don't get carried away, so I'll stop here.

ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Takashi 😃. I saw your comment 🎂 Happy Birthday 🎂 on March 31st 🎉 Our anniversaries are the same on the day of rest 😆.

TakashiThank you, Jay & Nobby ✨ The birthday party was earlier in the day with my family, so my birthday was a day of rest. It's time to be health conscious ☺.

TakashiLast of all you can drink for 30 minutes Kamo Nishiki Shagafuda Sake Yellow Narcissus Soft and refreshing sake, 13% alcohol. I drank at a petit class party (1st to 2nd meeting) after this, but no record. 2nd meeting was karaoke, so I didn't drink any sake. Yesterday, I was drunk for the first time in a long time.

Koeigiku月下無頼 無濾過生原酒

TakashiThe fourth drink is getting more and more dangerous. Koei Kiku Tsukishita Muyori 100% Omachi, 17% alcohol, a little high in alcohol content, delicious. But my notes and memory were getting a little suspect. As expected, it was hard to take notes during the 30-minute all-you-can-drink session.
Japanese>English
まつちよHi Takashi😊 5 drinks in 30 minutes is pretty fast pace 😆. It's all done at the 0th meeting 😂.
Japanese>English
TakashiThank you, Matsuchiyo ✨ Yes, it was 30 minutes, so it didn't feel like I drank that much, but by the time I left, it was still working 😁.

TakashiThe third drink is the first drink I've ever had. Takeyuki This one has a sweetness to it, but it also has a sourness to it. It seems to have quite a strong flavor. The cherry blossoms were not yet in bloom, but the rape blossoms were.

TakashiNext up, something with a spring-like feel. Mimuro cedar Hana kyun A bit of a shwash in the mouth It's sweet, too. Fresh! I like this one too. Yokohama has hardly any cherry blossoms yet. Among them, only one was in bloom 🌸.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんHi Takashi 🐦. That was a full 30 minutes 😆👍I can feel spring has arrived when I see this drink 🌸It's not even in Yokohama yet 😳.
Japanese>English
TakashiThank you so much, Pon ✨ I really wanted to take more pictures of the cherry blossoms, but they weren't in bloom yet 、、、、 with hanami-like drinks instead lol

TakashiYesterday, a high school classmate who lives in Nagano Prefecture had some business at his parents' house and was coming back, so we decided to have a petit class reunion near Yokohama Station. Since we were going to be there, we decided to have a small class party near Yokohama station. I warmed up at Noge with a friend who likes to drink. It was hot, so we started with beer, lemon sours, and yakitori. The next place we went (our first) was a 30-minute all-you-can-drink bar where you pour your own sake from the fridge. First, we started with the orthodox? Tasake. Soft and sweet. It was easy to drink. Firefly squid was seared and oysters were marinated in soy sauce. I took a walk along the Oooka River from Minatomirai to Noge.
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィHi Takashi 😃 Good 30 minutes of preparation with beer and sours before the main event 🤗First move is seared firefly squid and rice wine😍this is going well 😋.
Japanese>English
TakashiThank you Jay & Nobby ✨ I thought it would be nice to have a drink separated by 30 minutes once in a while, but I end up going to the next place. lol

白木久ハニードロップ

TakashiA while ago, I bought one of these because I thought, "What's this look? I bought it a while ago. I was kind of put off drinking it, but in the meantime, I saw some people giving comments about drinking it at Sake-no-wa, and I thought, "Oh yeah, I can't imagine what it is. Shirakikyu Honey Drop Softer than I imagined. But it has acidity and freshness. A little squashy on the palate It has sweetness too. Certainly, if you say it's like honey lemon, it is like that lol It says "black malted rice - yellow malted rice", but is this a 4-stage brewing instead of 3-stage?

TakashiAnother souvenir of my daughter who moved to Izumo and came back from a friend's wedding, the Ten Rising Sun Izumo's sake. This one is refreshing! A little sour. Easy to drink. Not too sweet, though, But as you drink it (cold or at room temperature?) I can feel a little bit of sweetness. Overall, it is refreshing, elegant, light, and delicious! Today, I had it with steamed pork.
