Noge 6 All-you-can-drink at Noge with high school classmates The last one was Yumeso Dry Junmai Sake I've never seen this label before, so I went for it at this time 🤣. Noge 4 All-you-can-drink at Noge with high school classmates Next, Tenmi. I've been going to Yamaguchi for work lately, but haven't had a drink over there. (I did have a drink in Tokyo a while back though) Special Junmai and Junmai Ginjo. Both are delicious😋. Slightly shrieky, gentle sweetness. Slightly softer and sweeter Junmai-Ginjo? I don't recognize the subtle taste anymore? (From the original 🤣)

Noge (3) The third drink of all-you-can-drink at Noge with high school classmates Mitsuo Yamakawa Spring 2024 Mitsuo Yamakawa for the first time. The theme was Space🚀. Compared to the ones I've had so far, It's a little dry and refreshing. Many say it's fruity, but I don't think it's that fruity, (Was it because it was Takachiyo -> Eikoufuji? I've already drank a lot of it myself 🤣. The last photo is firefly squid!

Noge (1) Regular? I went to Noge with my classmates from high school. After the first Italian restaurant, we went back to Morotsuyoshi Annex for all-you-can-drink Sake😅. I thought we should go to the main building to relax a bit, but we ended up going to the all-you-can-drink 🤣. We started with Takachiyo Green Label! Flat polished rice, orikigarami, Shiboritate Nama-nihonshu Slightly carbonated and shwashy, Fruity sweetness Pink grapefruit theme, apparently! Delicious 😋.

Drinking yesterday🍶, drinking tomorrow🍶. Today is a one-day business trip to Yamaguchi, so I decided to take a day off from drinking! I thought I'd take a rest day! When I arrived at Shin-Yamaguchi station, I saw a pop-up "Kinjaku" in front of a pub on the way to where my client was going to pick me up by car! The one that looks delicious😋 from your post, including Yasube's. I thought, "This is..." but I couldn't drink from noon, I was about to finish my work, when a customer told me to leave a little early today and asked me to drop him off at Shin-Yamaguchi. I was told by the customer that I had to leave a little earlier today, so he gave me a lift to Shin-Yamaguchi. Kinjaku Autumn When you put it in your mouth, it's slightly carbonated and shwashy! But it's a little bit thick and thick on the tongue. Fruity sweetness Delicious 🥳. I wonder if it could be fresher or shaken thicker if it wasn't a fall wine?

Shibuya with customers (5) This is the last of the Mimuro cedar Romain series Yamadanishiki Low temperature and long fermentation Soft sweetness but refreshing! Delicious 😋! All of them are delicious only 🤣. The last picture is rice with sea bream in an earthenware pot! The drinks and food were delicious, and the staff was so friendly and fun that I didn't feel like a guest 🎉.

Shibuya (2) with a customer The second drink was at Kaze no Mori This was also a request from someone else Akitsuho 657 is like a basic Kaze no Mori, but it's my first time drinking it (I'm sure they are all delicious)! Soft, refreshing, delicious 😋. It has a gentle sweetness to it. As always, it's hard to take notes when drinking with customers 😂. The last photo is the straw-roasted returned bonito with nori soy sauce

Shibuya with customers (1) Yesterday, a drinking party for a group of four with occasional customers. A rather nice restaurant on the edge of Shibuya. A little nice restaurant on the outskirts of Shibuya. The first sake was a request from one of the other guests, Niida Shizen-shu, which none of us had ever had before. (I've had it a few times myself 😆). But the "Tamura" that came out was the first time I had ever had it! 😘. It's like a natural sake, dark and strong. Sweet, tasty, sour all there 😋. But not as sweet as regular natural sake? First dish, hand-rolled seared conger eel and shijimi clam soup!

I bought it at a relatively nearby liquor store (25 minutes by bike?). I bought Sensation Black Old-style Nama-moto, winter-only ogara-mi I drank Sensation BLACK before, but I thought it was delicious. When you open the bottle, you can feel a little bit of a shwash, shup, shup, shup! A little cloudy white Fresh, a little fruity and sour, A little bit of yogurt? A little bit of citrus? It's a bit different from when I drank Sensation Black before? (I don't remember exactly 😅). Last time I drank it, the label had a Noh mask on it 😆. On the back label, it says "reborn as Nama-moto brewing" or "first pressing limited ogara-mi". or "first pressing limited ogara-mi" on the back label. I wonder if it's not the same? But it's delicious. It's normally 15% alcohol, but it feels very light. It's a dangerous one that goes down smoothly 🤣.

The one I bought when I went to Izumo because I had never seen or drunk it before (I bought it to drink over there, but brought it back with me because I drank a lot of it outside 🤣). Okuidumo no ichidotsu: Improved Oumachi Sake made in Shimane from an improved variety of Omachi called Koromo Omachi🌾. Beautiful sake and gentle. After a day of drinking outside, the sweetness and umami taste increased. Not much acidity, I guess. But it's clear and delicious 😋.

Akihabara with a customer (4) What to drink at the end? Is it just me, or do you feel like drinking something sharp and dry at the end of the day? So, Black Beef! But this is my first sake! It's dry and refreshing! It's a little bit soft in the middle of all that. It's almost as dry as I wanted it to be! With Soba noodle to finish it off! But I didn't take any photos of the food, including the Soba 😭 I thought I did 😱. Today was another hard day at work, but a fulfilling day (or so I think) 😜!

Akihabara with customers ③. Next, Houou Mita, unfiltered, honkaku Koji rice: Yamadanishiki, Kake rice: Gohyakumangoku This one is naturally delicious, too. A little sweet and fruity? It is a dangerous sake that goes down smoothly, clear and refreshing. Even the customers who usually don't drink much sake are drinking it today: ☺️ Of course, the usual problem! I can't take notes when I drink outside with customers today 🤣. My memory and records are fuzzy😂. But OK!

Akihabara with a customer (2) Next, Miyazumi Junmai Ginjo Fukunokou Hi-iri This is also delicious 🥰. Less sour than the Niimasa. It has sweetness and is delicious! Beautiful and easy to drink! Akihabara with a customer (1) Yesterday and today, I worked at a customer's place in Akihabara. After the work was finished, the client invited me to have a meeting over dinner, We went to a soba restaurant (I like the combination of soba and sake) After a while, the customer knew what he was doing and asked me if I wanted to start drinking sake (I was waiting for him). (I've been waiting for you 😆🍶) I had a hunch that this place would serve Shinsei. Today's sake was Shinsei Cosmos! The rice is modified Nobukou, Association No. 6 yeast. The first sip! Sourness at first. There is sweetness too. I can't remember exactly what it tasted like before. It's a little apricot. Thanks for the treat! 🥰

Following yesterday, I worked at a client's place in the Shiba Koen area again today. I managed to finish my work and had a quick drink with my colleagues. We jumped into a restaurant for the first time. Oh, is this a Gifu restaurant? The drinks are from Gifu! My colleague chose Sanzenmori from Gifu's sakes, because he wanted a dry sake! I knew it was a clear, dry sake! Dry? Does it have a hint of rice? Sake degree +18 degrees Junmai Daiginjo with this feeling 😳 The third picture is legal beef liver😅. One job done and a breather 🥳. The last in Shiba Park, also the first sake Koroh, dark and mellow Apparently, this brewery is the originator of Kumamoto yeast, Kiyo-kai No. 9 (the 9 is hidden on the label). A little soft? If you say so, it might be mellow 🤔. But I don't think it's as sweet as the sake degree (-6.8, apparently). Tokyo Tower at night is always cool 😉.
