Harukasumi No.6 yeast.

How would Harukasumi do with the Shinsei-derived No. 6 yeast?

Soft sweetness, refreshing acidity.
Fresh!
At first, I thought it was a little peculiar. But as I drank it, especially after the second day, it became even fresher!
